If you're looking for a deep clean, Rainbow Cleaning Service Bayside is the company to call. We just used them to tidy up our living room and it came out better than we ever imagined. The cleaners were cheerful, thorough and they even did all the little things that I was never able to do myself like washing out all my jars in the kitchen!

Cleaning is good, but the company is unreliable.
We scheduled a cleaning, but the cleaner did not show up within the two hour time frame. We called the company and they told us they could not reach the cleaner but that they could come do the cleaning the next day. Things happen, so we accepted this without complaints.
However, the next day when the cleaners are supposed to arrive, we are told that the cleaner can no longer make it with no advanced notice. We then reschedule to the following week.
Third try, and the company STILL did not make it. We wait for the entire two hour window but the cleaners do not show up. We call again, and this time they tell us the cleaner went to the wrong address. We reschedule once again.
Fourth time, the cleaner finally arrives, but they arrive 40 minutes after the 2 hour arrival window.
I cannot understand how this company runs itself for it to miss an appointment three times in a row and to be severely late on the fourth time. All along the way, they did not ever offer us a discount or try to make things right.

Not the quality of deep cleaning that I expected for the price.
I saw the one low rating and trusted the rest of the ratings.
I helped my elderly parents move this weekend. To aide the moving process as they were downsizing temporarily, I ordered the deep apartment cleaning. The workers were lovely and understanding. However the company did not send them with any guidance on what exactly to do. Once they were done, there was still numerous areas that needed a second cleaning such as the bathroom cabinets, top of fridge, stove burners and glass mirrors.
I will not be using this service again in the future and will have to book another service to finish this job.
