House Cleaning reviews in Bedford Hills, New York

Very good service are always very punctual and I have never had any problem with the cleanliness that she and her worker do. I recommend Iris very good work

I am VERY disappointed with the "deep cleaning" service I paid for my new home. Iris and her staff left my home with:
1. A dirty oven that clearly wasn't even wiped. When brought to her attention, she said she can't get it to look new. I didn't expect it to look new but I did expect for it to look like you at least tried to wipe away the gunk. I'm not a professional cleaner but I was able to scrub away most of that gunk. It only took some extra effort. You can see the difference in the pictures I attached.
2. A fridge with spilled food in it. She didn’t bother to remove the trays and draws to clean underneath.
3. The sink had paint in it and she said she tried so hard but wasn’t able to remove it. Again, I removed every single piece of paint with a little scrubbing that did not make any scratches.
4. Cabinets and shelves and walls and moldings that were not wiped even after I told her several times that everything was very dusty on the outside and inside and she said yes she will remove the dust. I told her how the top shelves weren't dusted and she said they are high. I guess they don’t use a step stool to get up a few extra inches.
5. The bathroom tub and sinks were not wiped. Even though it is a new tub there was dirt and debris in it from the work done in the bathroom.
6. The bag full of wet rags that was left on the hardwood floor damaged the wood and all she said was sorry. In addition to that mark on the floor, there were also several scratches throughout the house that DEFINITELY were not there before she cleaned.

She said she gave me a discounted price but the price was NO DIFFERENT than the other 4 prices I got from other people. A discounted price doesn't mean that the work is done with any less effort and it certainly doesn't mean that I pay for an inadequate service. If she had thought the price she originally gave me was not enough for the amount of cleaning the house required, she should have called me while in my house to discuss the work that needed to be done and how ever much more money she thought was appropriate for the job. I would have understood and agreed to pay more for a job well done. I WOULD HAVE BEEN SATISFIED PAYING MORE MONEY RATHER THAN HAVING TO DO ALL THAT CLEANING MYSELF, WHICH IS WHY I HIRED A CLEANING SERVICE.
