I visited the address given, 511 Beach 129th St, Long Island, NY 11694, expecting to speak with a plumber. However, a woman answered and told me there was no plumber at that location. I'm extremely disappointed - it's a scam. I couldn't give them 5 stars because of this mistake. Google confirms the address is valid, but I wouldn't bother calling the number as they claim to have no one available.

When my issue escalated, the supervisor took swift action, demonstrating strong leadership by directing his staff to resolve the problem with my old boiler. I appreciated their willingness to try and find a solution despite the age of the appliance. Unfortunately, it's clear that parts are no longer available for older models like mine. Despite this limitation, the company demonstrated excellent customer care, making me feel valued as a customer. I'll be recommending this company to my 70-unit condo owners due to their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.
