I discovered our washer was leaking huge amounts of water so I called a different company out a week prior, and not only was that company nearly 2 hours late, but completely ignored the fact that I called because the washer was leaking, and instead tried to tell me that I broke the latch by either "slamming or forcing open the lid!" That guy was "checking" the washer for all of 5 minutes, told me he was going to have to order a new locking/latch assembly, took my payment for the service call and left. Although I felt fine paying him to just go and not make the problem worse! Then I called Stark Appliance Repair. Michael was on time, extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue very quickly! Not only was the latch/lid not broken, but the washer itself wasn't leaking. Michael kept investigating and was able to let me know that the pump in the basement was actually the culprit. Thank you so much for going beyond the washer and getting to the root of the problem! Will definitely call again if I have future appliance issues.

Ice maker and refrigerator thawed and shut down. Called Stark and spoke with Mike who responded promptly. Problem solved in a timely manner.and everything working perfectly.

Michael answered my call on Saturday morning and by Monday morning the part to fix my washing machine was ordered, received and installed! He was reliable and super knowledgable!!! I hope to not have another reason to call him (lol) but if I do, I will!!!!
