This company is very good at what they do,the workers are polite and knowledgeable,and they work clean.I was amazed at how they ran wires with very few cuts,and installed high hat lighting in a finished room without any damage.Would highly reccomend,and price was very reasonable.

Spoke to Bobby on the phone, he was able to get me booked as soon as possibly which was a day later! His crew showed up on time and replaced a couple of old receptacles for me. Very nice workers. Would highly recommend!

We called this company to change out our thermostats in 2 rooms due to them being very old and outdated. They said they would come the next day and then called and said they need pictures of the thermostats. I sent them pictures and they never showed up to replaced. When my husband called, the receptionist got rude with him and said we told you we had to order them and we will get them in a day or two. (They never told me they had to be ordered) ok fine. We waited to hear from them and it’s been 2 weeks and no call. I called today and asked what is going on with the status of the replacement. The receptionist rudely put me on hold and a gentleman got on the phone and proceeded To ask what kind of thermostats did we need. I said excuse me? I was told they were ordered from the pictures I sent. He proceeded to say, well we don’t normally do this. So why didn’t you tell me this from day one when you confirmed you could do this? I hung up on him and said we will no longer do business. Aren’t you an electric company? Am I missing something.

Update……. So I must say that the company did call me back and make right by what happened and installed the new thermostat. My husband said that they were professional and helpful.

The day after I called Bobby visited my house and scoped out the project...install an EV charger on the side of my garage. The next BiCounty emailed a proposal. Very fair price. I bought the charger from Chevy based on Bobby's advice.
We scheduled the installation.
Pete and his asst. were so respectful and competent.

Needed an urgent installation of a thermostat. Bi.County showed up promptly and installed it without issue and cleaned up before they left. The installer showed me how to use the thermostat which i greatly appreciated. Should i need any additional electric work i will be sure to call them.

I LOVE my EV Charger.

I’d leave extra stars but 5 is the cap. Our house has old electric and with all the appliances kept having the circuits overload. These guys came out did some of the cleanest most organized work and cleanup I’ve seen. They not only upgraded the service but insulated and got the primary encased in a much more “clean and appeasing” looks to it. Circuits are now good and all of our issues were resolved without breaking the bank.

BiCounty came by the house this past Monday to replace my electrical service that included new wiring/ box on the outside and new panel box with breakers in the basement. My service was over 40 years old and in need of replacement. Great professional work done ! I would recommend them for all your electrical needs!

I used to be Brian's biggest fan - until he didn't show for an appointment I schedule THREE WEEKS in advance. This cost me time and money, and to make it worse when I phoned the office they tried to gaslight me when I pointed out no one even bothered to notify me. Has grown too big to give a darn about his earliest customers apparently. This really puts me in a bind, but hey no reason he should give a fig, right? Absolutely inexcusable on every level.
