I have Navien boiler and called AJ Plumbing/Ben to replace 3-way valve which is malfunctioning. Ben seems very knowledgeable and he gave me honest complete run down about the system. Navien is one of the type of boiler that required expert technician and I am confident that Ben/AJ is one of them based on my initial discussion. So far, my review is based on booking the service call with AJ Plumbing/Ben as he is highly accommodating, reasonable in price and understand that I am without hot water and he is ready to perform the work today. I will update my review upon completion of the service.

He was very professional and after meticulously did his investigation -found the cause of leakage. I highly recommend and will be using them ongoing. 5star.
