Topline came out, seemed professional and assessed our space to see what type of unit would work best. They came out and installed 3 mini splits but the one in the xtra large bedroom is not sufficient for the space and never gets the room cool. After promises by the salesperson that they would make it right, after multiple promises from managers that they would "be in touch" nothing. It's going on over a month now, summer is here and we can't sleep due to the heat on the third floor. This company has a lot of polish but doesn't stand by their product or their customers. BUYER BEWARE and check their reviews on other sites.....I'm not sure how they got such a high rating on google and I wish I'd checked other sites first.

Worst company i have ever dealt with yet. They sent a team of rookies to my home to install a $15000 cooling system which caused several thousands of dollars in water damage to my floor, now after admitting they are responsible for it they still refuse to have it repaired. Do not hire this company you will regret it.
