I had my furnace replaced by Sebastian and his crew and they did an amazing job! I highly recommend their services

This was the second crew to come in to fix the mistakes the original team made. He listened to the issues corrected everyone of them to our satisfaction without complaint.

Nick & his partner were Awesome, so helpful kind & patient with Us in teaching how to operate our new system! They were both great, very efficient & knew there jobs well answered all our questions & more! Very impressed with them they left my home & yard in perfect condition! I would 100% recommend Topline to anyone! Order & had our new furnace & AC within 24 hours now that’s service! Coming back in a few days to complete the job with duct cleaning! We couldn’t be happier!

It was such a great experience with Topline. Brandon, the project manager, was super friendly, honest, and gave us a great deal. His customer service quality is really what sold us on moving forward with Topline for our AC replacement. Ben and Eric arrived promptly for the next day install and both were very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions. Each one of them donned shoe coverings before entering our home which is such a subtle nod to the importance of cleanliness and health and safety. It’s something that I greatly appreciated especially working in healthcare. Thank you Topline team!

I would highly recommend Topline. From the consultation with Brandon to the completion of the work, all were top-knotch professionals. We decided on February 2025 to have the work done and within 3 weeks it was finished. It would have been much sooner if I didn't have to be out of town.

The installation work was slated to take 2.5 days but they sent 2 crews and got it done in one day! Lead by Kyle C., The worked well as a team to get the job done. Thanks to Enzo, Raine, Breeanna, and Vilark.

The mini splits look great and they cleaned up after themselves. The dogs were happy to have them around, too.

The biggest bonus impact was the electrician, Iliya. Our house was so old we needed our outdated electric panel replaced. He took the time to trace were all the circuits went. He also pointed out problems with our electrical line coming into the house that, if not fixed, could have lead to serious issues. The electric company came out and fixed it same day. I was so thankful with the greif on our end that he may have saved us. THANK YOU!!!

Topline is really topline! Super quick and our worker was the best ! If you go through topline heating and air i recomend Giovanni caiazzo he was amazing very sweet and kinds did everything he could to make sure we got the best deal and stayed at our home for hours until he knew we were going to have heat ! He was patient and caring and was everything we could have ever asked for. This man needs a raise 🙌

The whole experience was awesome! From start to finish! The consultant on Monday to having the guys here to install Tuesday morning. They were very efficient with time and were very easy to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone who will listen. Thank you guys again, you were great!

All 3 technicians were very helpful and knew what they were doing. Answered all of my questions. Donald Collins even got along with my dogs.

I 100% highly recommend! They were lovely to work with, and everyone was extremely nice and explained everything very well to me. They came out for an estimate very fast (same day) and then were available the next day to do the job. The guys that came out to my house were also wonderful, very respectful, and made sure to communicate with me about everything that was going on.

They were quick and very nice! One of the techs saw my cat by the door before I had a chance to put them away and said no you stay in. They explained how to operate the remotes for the mini splits and how to check and clean the filters. They were very thorough and informative. I would highly recommended them! I could only get approved for a certain amount which would not cover the full cost and the sales guy talked to the owners and they told him to just do it for the price I was approved for! They are a great company and try their best to keep you happy and comfortable.

I loved the guy who came to do the quote very honest and truly evaluated our new home. We divided the installation into 2 phases. The first group was amazing. However, the second group was unprofessional and rude. Which lead us to a 3rd group who was great and had to re-do what the 2nd group did wrong.

Matt and Kyle are amazing, they resolved all the issues we had and got us up and running.

Great crew, very professional, and nice. Thank you for upgrading our house. We will leave a review in the morning.

Anthony is a nice guy who communicates well with his project recommendations. He is detail oriented and takes pride in his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him in my house again.

My heater stopped working. I called TOPLINE and appointment was scheduled right away. I was informed about Dylan coming soon. He found a problem and fixed it. Now everything back to normal. Would highly recommend this company for any air conditioning service.

Highly recommend this company. The salesman was great and knew his stuff. The installers were fantastic. Very timely and efficient. Love my new unit. Looking forward to the next 20 years with it.

I needed a furnace as fast as I could get one. This is almost impossible I knew cause I work next door to s supply place that is busy all day long. This was just suppose to be a first quote but John made it possible for me to get it done the next day and they had financing, I had no idea where I was going to come up w the money. But my house won t sale without it. By the time we were done going over everything my mind was made up. It was too good of a deal and I trusted John even though I just met him. I ve been in sales for 35 yrs. He wasn't trying to sale me ,he was just stating facts . I signed and the next day they made it possible that two crews showed up and were done by 3pm. Gave me carbon monoxide detectors for each floor of the house. When we find our new house I ll be calling him again. Even if my house doesn't sale by winter. I have Piece of mind, that the renters will be happy.
