Wonderful team Triple O has in place. From the receptionist to schedule an immediate appointment for the tech to come to my home when my furnace wasn't working, to the technicians that came and repaired my furnace. Everyone was kind, friendly and every question I had was answered. My furnace up and working less then 24 hours from the time it stopped working. Thank you Triple O

I had Triple O install 2 mini splits inside my game room and they were phenomenal. Their sales team was very easy to work with and the technicians were very professional. They even helped me set up an app that me to run the splits wherever I may be. Top notch company.

I woke up Saturday morning with no heat. A simple phone call to the emergency line and a few minutes later I was assigned a tech who was soon on their way. The Tech, Jake, was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He fixed my furnace in no time and I was happily in my recliner before kickoff of the football games! My water main Frozen under my crawl space in my brand new house and was frozen for a solid 2 days. T-Mark promise me they would come out this morning to fix it but decided to call me and tell me that they had no plumbers available after calling off of work for this. Reimer scheduled me a day before the snow storm hit and every time I kept calling them they just told me to be patient. Nobody ever showed up. I spoke with the fine people at Triple-O and they sent out a technician immediately. The technician's name was Alex and he was one of the most friendly knowledgeable and down to earth plumbing technicians I've ever met. I don't know who reads these but get a message to human resources or his manager to give him a raise immediately. Needless to say I have flowing water now thanks to him. I even learned a little bit of plumbing from him. Alex is top-notch and pure class. I will never go through any other company other than you guys from here on out.

I ordered a new toilet from Home Depot and Triple-O was selected to take care of the install. It took them a while to get back to me—which makes sense considering the holiday season—but they were very much worth the wait in the end.

Greg B. was sent with the toilet I ordered, immense amounts of helpful knowledge and a great attitude. The job was taken care of quickly and efficiently with no hitches. However, what impressed me most was his attention to detail.

In the short amount of time he spent at my home, he was able to point out a few unrelated issues with recommendations and their price points. It wasn't a typical information dump, either. He didn't try selling me Triple-O, he genuinely seemed to care about my issue and wanted the best option for me.

Service like this is hard to come by, and I will absolutely be working with Triple-O again.

I just wanted to share my deepest thanks for Triple O's excellent service installing 2 AC units in July as well as a brand new efficient Heating Gas Furnace. I called for an estimate and Josh came right away and explained exactly what I needed. Based on my 35 year old furnace, he suggested the best option for me and included installation of a new thermostat. I told him is there was any way we could have it installed the next day due to no heat, and even though they were booked, Derick called and scheduled the install 9:00 AM next day.
Beandon and James came and worked all day, and did an outstanding job. Later that night we noticed the Heat was not turning off, and I called Triple O. Brandon returned that night in his own vehicle and tools to investigate. This was due to my wiring and he did a quick tempory fix to resolve, and Brandon and James came back the following morning and fixed the wiring issue, and the furnace and thermostat is working perfectly.
I callled Triple O for my furnace as they did such a Great job installing 2 A/C units we had that were old and not cooling. I will always call upon Triple O for any other needs ( Hopefully not as I have all new units) Triple O along with Brandon and James definenetly went above and beyond with excellent and quick turnaround service needs and they were the most professional Installers I have worked with and definently went above and beyond my expections. Woke up to no heat today, that sucked! Called up Triple0 and they sent Kyle. Kyle was great, professional and gave me some advice, that I asked for, in a separate electrical situation. He also figured out, what we believe, the root cause of the problem was fairly quickly. Things are back on and running. Honestly, couldn’t have been a better visit. Thanks evryone at Triple0 for the always being there.
FYI folks, we got our furnace, ac, water heater and needed plumbing work all from this company... EVERY TIME they came through and rocked it.
