I'm compelled to share my disappointing experience with this company, as I've always tried to support local businesses. Unfortunately, their service fell woefully short of expectations.
The initial visit on a Wednesday was particularly disheartening - the technician arrived briefly, expressed uncertainty about fixing my unit, and needed to return with another specialist the following day. Over the next two days, I heard nothing, so I called to inquire about the status. A gentleman apologized profusely and offered a narrow window of time for Monday, but I was left waiting five days in sweltering heat.
When the scheduled appointment arrived on Monday at 2:30 PM, I was again let down - there was no contact from the technician or anyone else. When I called to check on the status, I was told that the original technician was supposedly running late and would arrive soon, but he never showed up. The lack of communication and follow-through was infuriating, and I wasted a significant amount of time waiting for service that never materialized.
