Brian replaced an aging and leaking hot water heater with a tankless one in May '20. He quoted a fixed price for the job, showed up as promised, and got the job done in one day. There were some heating pipe relocations necessary to fit the unit and he was fair on the additional cost as well.

So... great service, and above all: honesty.
You don't get any better than that. Thank you, Brian.

Second exceptional experience with Brian.
(I couldn't find a way to post a second review, so am editing my first.)

My heating furnace failed last night... brrrrrrrr !!
Called Brian this morning (Saturday) and he said he could come over in an hour. And he did. Fixed it in under 30 minutes, and made us all warm and happy. And for a very reasonable price.

Prompt excellent, and efficient ~
This is a family owned, family run, and FAMILY HONEST business. Highly recommended !! Thank you, Brian.

Contacted them to repair a small leak in a hot water pipe. Arrived a few hours later and fixed the leak/ I asked them for a quote on some additional work. Their prices are reasonable and they do a great job. It's hard to find a contractor you can trust and Brian of Zax Plumbing is one of the few. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

Brian and his team did an excellent job replacing a faucet in my house. They came promptly when they said they would and everything is working well. Would highly recommend!

Brian was great with his communication over the phone and coming when he said he would. Brian and his team did craftsmanship work. I was very pleased the way the job came out.

Since our first encounter with Brian, we have nothing but good to say about him and his company. The common theme from most of these reviews is "responsive"! We first used him to replace a boiler system. Introduced to us by our contractor about 4 yrs ago, we have used him now at least four times and have even had him do work on my in-laws and others. Any concerns or issues (very few) that have come up have been addressed or resolved in a timely fashion. The work has been excellent and will continue to use and recommend Zax's Plumbing. Very responsive to his customer's needs!!

I called Brian when I had an emergency leaky bathtub spout. He fit me into his schedule the same day with an extremely reasonable price. They were able to not only repair the tub spout, but also make sure there were no other issues. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Came for the Quote stayed for the service. Excellent Work, fast, accommodating and clean. Fair price and right on time. They really know their stuff. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely use them again. Brian is honest and straight forward. What more do you need?

Recently needed a plumber for a new water heater, called Zax Plumbing, Inc. Brian Zax came to assess

the job, set up date and time to perform the job. Brian, Chris and Tom were right on schedule they removed and installed new water heater and overflow tank. Job was done very neatly I didn't need to do any clean up after they left. I highly recommend Zax Plumbing, Brian is very professional and friendly.

I contacted them in the morning for a leaking issue. Brian, Zax (owner) and his guy showed up right away, found out where leakage was coming from, and repaired the pipe! This team are very professional, friendly, and reasonable price. Of course cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend him as the reliable plumber. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Rate your repair specialists by how well they answer your
concerns, how well they assess your problem(s) and, of course, how well they do the job. In that regard, Brian Zak succeeded on all counts.
Our needs involved the following: Install new Bathroom faucet, unclog the bathroom sink drain and Replace 2 ancient and mostly decrepit drain lines that posed a burgeoning threat to our system. Zak and his assistant completed all work in a quick, cost-effective and professional manner.
Hence, 5 Stars are well deserved.

Brian and his team were great in assisting with the process of gas conversion. We had an emergency at our house with our oil tank leaking in October and decided to convert to gas instead of replacing the tank. It was a long process with permits etc, but they helped every step of the way. When it came down to doing the work they were professional, honest and reliable. The conversion was complete within a few days once the gas line was ran and we are very happy with the results. We plan on using them again to update the oven to gas and other projects in the future.

In Spring of 2021 we began a major home renovation, part dormer and full first floor gut. This included a new kitchen (which was moved) and two bathrooms, gutted and renovated. Brian and his team did an amazing job for my family. They were with us so much, they became family. Not only did they do a tremendous amount of plumbing work for the project but they fixed other issues we had with old pipes and our heating system (things that were done correctly by our gas conversion company years prior). They even went through the outside of my house to install pipe so not to disturb my living space and his cousin Frankie took off and reinstalled our siding perfectly - thanks Frankie! My husband and I fully recommend Brian Zax for hire, from a simple leak to a crazy project like we did and everything in between. On top of being an awesome plumber, he is a really nice person and you will feel comfortable having in your home. We 100% trusted Brian and his crew in our house even when we were not home, they even let our dog out a few times! Thanks Brian, Frankie, Chris and anyone else I may have missed :)

Brian is hard working honest person. This winter he was able to do an emergency install of a new boiler in our home after doing a late evening inspection. Saving us from a 4TH day without hot water after being stood up by another plumber! His estimate times for labor are always spot on and he never leaves before testing his work multiple times.
He also did a sump pump replacement for us too and ensured that was work properly before he left. He always uses professional grade parts on installations and his kind and knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. I recommend you ALWAYS call him first! Besides the prices being the best he makes you feel safe that your job will be done right the first time! THANKS FOR YOUR HONEST AND HARD WORK BRIAN! You're definitely always our first choice!

Zax has done work for me in the past. The previous job was a big job and they executed to perfection. This morning, I wake up to 3 inches of water in my basement, after 13 years my hot water heater went. I called Zax at 11am, he and his crew had my new water heater installed by 1:30pm. He and his crew are outstanding. Best people, best service and best prices. You will not be disappointed.

Zax put a full bathroom on our basement. Brian worked with us to make everything work. We had a sink that he got tubing for so that we could use it. The work was hard as there was concrete to cut through. Brian was easy to get in touch with and always either answered my calls and emails or got back to me quickly. His wife who works with the business was great as well. The men came when Brian said they would. They did the work in a very timely manner and finished when they said. At one point, I needed something done quickly and Brian showed up the next day. Everyone was professional and friendly. Brian told us many times that he treats customers like family. We are very happy with the bathroom and will recommend Zax Plumbing to our neighbors. We will also use them again.

We were in a bind, and boy did ZAX Plumbing come through for us! We needed a last-minute assessment of our heating system that was time sensitive. We called them the night before, and they showed up first thing the next morning to save the day. Can’t say enough about how much we appreciate them. Highly recommend!

Brian, the owner of Zax plumbing came to my rescue when I had a leak in my basement coming from my first floor bathroom. I called him Saturday morning and I told him I had an emergency plumbing issue and he came very quickly. Diagnosed and fixed the problem also expediently. He went above and beyond.
