Brian replaced an aging and leaking hot water heater with a tankless one in May '20. He quoted a fixed price for the job, showed up as promised, and got the job done in one day. There were some heating pipe relocations necessary to fit the unit and he was fair on the additional cost as well.

So... great service, and above all: honesty.
You don't get any better than that. Thank you, Brian.

Second exceptional experience with Brian.
(I couldn't find a way to post a second review, so am editing my first.)

My heating furnace failed last night... brrrrrrrr !!
Called Brian this morning (Saturday) and he said he could come over in an hour. And he did. Fixed it in under 30 minutes, and made us all warm and happy. And for a very reasonable price.

Prompt excellent, and efficient ~
This is a family owned, family run, and FAMILY HONEST business. Highly recommended !! Thank you, Brian.

Another wonderful experience with this gentleman... and now accompanied by his son.

No regrets about calling Brian: great service, with a smile, and always on time. And now, he brings his son to improve the experience (and sings too...! Almost.)

I am a luxury builder and i hired brian to start and finish a large remodel. he is very hard to reach and incompetent. i had to eventually hire a master plumber to fix all his screw ups. leaking toilet (called him and sent a video of it. no response) improperly installed tankless, no water line to the refrig. gas lines sticking out so that the stove cannot be push against the wall. i have pics and videos of everything. i am not sure how is stayed in business this long. i have given him many opportunities to fix his mistakes. NO RESPONSE. DO NOT USE. hire anyone else.

Contacted them to repair a small leak in a hot water pipe. Arrived a few hours later and fixed the leak/ I asked them for a quote on some additional work. Their prices are reasonable and they do a great job. It's hard to find a contractor you can trust and Brian of Zax Plumbing is one of the few. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.
