Had a sewer backing up and needed someone fast, found Rooter Man online and they had great reviews so I decided to give them a shot. I was not disappointed. Fast response, excellent service, back up and running in a couple hours. Highly recommend.

Had a clog in a second floor bathroom. After extensive work to try and clear the clog it was determined to be a damaged pipe in the basement. Johnny was very clear about what needed to be done and showed me exactly where the problem was. He returned a second day and worked continuously to properly replace the pipe. Every effort was made to leave all areas as clean as possible after completion.
He was professional, friendly and empathic to my concerns. And I can say the same regarding his two assistants. His fee was what I considered more than fair!
Definately give them a call and feel comfortable that you made the right decision.
We all need a plumber who feels like a best friend! Johnny was that. 🔧

I had the pleasure of having services provided by this company. I initially communicated with Johnny via text. First let me say how personable and professional Johnny is he came out explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate which I felt was reasonable. I was going to get additional estimates but I felt comfortable with going with him. We scheduled an appointment, he came on time did his thing and saved the day. He also charged me a lower price than the estimate. I appreciate his time and his work, I'm glad to say I have someone I can call if any plumbing issues arise in the future. This company is worth every dime, you will not regret it.

Johnny was amazing. He came to our house quickly and fixed the problem and his price was very fair. It was not an easy job or situation but he had a great personality and was kind and made me feel at ease. Definitely would recommend him and I plan to use him for yearly maintenance going forward.

I had runny toilet so called the company. Response was very fast, they came a few hours later in the same day.

After the diagnostic, it was determined that the toilet flapper was the issue. The guys went ahead change it as it seems to be a small fix and he had one available in the truck. The unfortunate part was that the flapper change cost about $170, a well surprise of the prices.

I was under the impression that the consultation is free and we would need to know the price before the fix. But as the job seems so small and no mention of the price, we had thought maybe it was so small that doesn’t qualify for a pricing ??? We were too naive… the sad part is my toilet is still runny, the price to change a toilet valve cost abt 240-270. I can’t not remember the exact price. But after this first visit, i question their expertise, and there were no mentioned of warranty of the fix either. I’m hesitating to continue to call them and potentially have an aggregate fee that is more expensive than just replacing my toilet… not to mentioned, the guy also dropped a can on my floor left a tiny dent, (i have a new floor)which I can live with but just overall a not pleasant experience.

Couple suggestions for the company,

1. Always share the fee/cost before the fix
2. Have some warranty after fix to provide customer peace of mind and view company as reliable
3. Kindly ask owner if show on/off is preferred or offer show cover.

Owner let me know a few weeks ago that i commented on the wrong company. But I just found the business card. This is indeed the same company. So adding this back.

Always on time great job and friendly service. I had them unclog my toilet and they had to remove it, after they removed the toilet they had to snake it. I had them also replace a toilet bowl for me.

Stuff like this always happens over a holiday weekend. Clogged toilet before expecting company.

Diligent and problem solver! Called them around 12:15pm as water in our house was backing up. He came around 12:50. Helped look for an access door and even helped moving a cabinet out of the way. His focus was on solving the problem right there and then. Snaked, got roots. Suggested what to do for long term and short term maintenance. Glad I called Rooter Man.

John and Kevin rescued my home from a filthy mess late at night. John was patient with explanations, offered options, and made sure to ask if pets were secured before propping doors open. Lastnight I tried to clean a clogged kitchen sink using an electric snake and of course the pipe shattered pulling my right hand toward the broken sharp metal pipe and slicing my thumb. 2 hours in the urgent care and 6 stitches later I learned a valuable lesson. Dont even second think it, Call Rooter man of LI.

Called Johnny 8 AM in the morning told him exactly what the situation was. He was at my house before 12 PM. They cleared the clog and replaced all the broken pipes. Now my kitchen sink is working better then I have ever seen it. I am so happy with the level of service I received.

Amazing service. I called about a leak from my waste pipe in my basement. They came and fixed my issue the same day. I have never dealt with a more honest and reasonably priced plumber. Because of this, I have now found a plumber I will be calling for any plumbing issue that may arise.

I was in dire need of assistance my double sink had been so clogged up and wasn’t draining whatsoever no matter what my wife and I had done. We called rooter man who came from Nassau out to the hamptons!!!!

He took care of everything, cleared the line and fixed a leak in less than an hour and a half!
