Had several leak issues in both our bathrooms. After getting several quotes we went with Shawn and Sons and glad we did. Shawn was incredibly thorough, explained things in a matter that we could understand, and was here when he said he would be. Sean has great communication skills as well as the ability to get the job done. Would recommend and will use again in the future if any needs arise.

Shawn returned my phone call promptly, listened to my frustration & scheduled an appointment that worked quickly for both of us. He was Courteous, On time, Informative with troubleshooting, educating me on the questions I had & my concerns regarding water shutoffs. The cleanup, was like... he never was here. Several jobs were completed in 2 hours, his price was fair. He had all supplies with him , so he didn't have to leave & run to the store. Organization & being prepared saves time for sure. We were having issues with our toilet and were referred to Shawn and Son Plumbing by a family member whose friend had used this business. Shawn answered his phone immediately and put us on his schedule. Shawn and Shawn jr. came to our home and spent an hour assessing our problem and gave us an understanding of what was going on- very thorough and unrushed. We were given a very fair estimate. Shawn then called as promised and set up an appointment. He came promptly and proceeded to clean our sewer and install air admittance valves. We are very impressed by the quality and professionalism of Shawn and Son Plumbing and would highly recommend them-we will be calling them soon to install a new sump.

I highly recommend Shawn and Son Plumbing, LLC as when we had a clogged toilet issue and called this company, we spoke with Shawn right away and he was very professional and helpful over the phone. We scheduled an appointment for him to come out within two days. He even came a day earlier since he had a cancellation and it worked with our schedule. We purchased an older home and the design of the plumbing had no pitch whatsoever, so the kitchen was draining to the garage sink. Not only that, the pipes were draining through a pinhole. AMAZING! Go with Shawn and Sons Plumbing! Pricing is comparable, professional, completed in the time frame he stated, organized, careful and cleaned up as he went. I can't say enough positives! Shawn replaced leaky bathtub pipes and installed a new bathtub faucet and knobs, including shut off valves in the bathroom and on hot water tank. It was a difficult job due to the space and access (he had to move the toilet). He took out a few tiles at the access panel, less than anticipated and saved the tile around the faucet. Again Amazing!! Shawn explained all my options when giving the estimate, thoroughly communicated during job, then walked me through and showed me everything. I will use for future jobs and recommend to others.

I needed an emergency drain cleaning late at night and after calling several plumbers and receiving no response or no one willing to come out that night without charging a ridiculous late hours fee, Shawn did not hesitate to help.

Shawn was able to resolve the issue and unclog the drain swiftly. The entire process from quoting the issue, getting the job done, updating me, and creating an invoice after completion was done so efficiently. Shawn installed a backup sump pump in my home and also installed 2 new hose faucets outside of my home. He did a fantastic job on both and his prices are fair. He is very punctual, he keeps you informed of what he is doing throughout the job, and he cleans up after each job. I would highly recommend Shawn for any plumbing jobs you may have, I know I will be calling him back in the future.
