Our technician made multiple attempts to clear the stoppage, including working through both kitchen sinks and the pipe leading outside, but was unable to get the equipment through the line. Based on the recurring nature of the issue and the inability to access the buried piping beneath the sand-filled crawlspace, our technician explained that further investigation would require the area to be opened to access the pipe.While we understand that the stoppage was ultimately cleared after our technician left, our service charge accounts for the technicians time, expertise, diagnostic work, and multiple attempts made in your home to identify and resolve the issue. As a family-owned and operated company, we take pride in being honest and transparent with our customers. Were sorry we could not provide the resolution you were hoping for during this visit, and we would be happy to have a manager review the service with you should you wish to discuss it further.

I contacted Varsity on Saturday when my boiler went out and I had no hot water. ***** messaged me back right away and walked me through their services. Unfortunately, ***** messaged me Monday morning to tell me that they do not service the kind of boiler I have but informed me that she contacted another company, told them of my issue and they came out to see me same day! ***** called me first thing Monday morning as well to follow up on my request and again informed me of another company reaching out to me. They were both extremely nice and helpful. They couldve just told me that they couldnt help me but instead reached out and made sure somebody was able to assist me. They even reached out later in the day to make sure I was taken care of. Awesome customer **********************.

Upgraded our original AC ducted system to a high efficient new heat pump. Clear process, no pressure, nice crew, quick and clean execution. It would score 4.5 as there were a couple of opportunities for improvement identified (including surprising problems with running a communication cable, and a trivial unnoticed misconnection sorted out the next day by a dedicated technical help call), but overall an outstanding ************************** Admin (***** B) helped coordinate everything, and followed through above and beyong to get resolved a problem with the final documentation. Really appreciated.

I requested recommendations for getting a new gas heater last night as my heater was leaking carbon monoxide fumes and needed to be shut off and replaced. Learning that I had no heat, ***** got me an early appointment. **** ******** was kind enough to come earlier than scheduled. He was patient, informative, and work with me to get the best price possible. He then made sure that the unit that was best for my house was in stock, and managed to get two of the nicest technicians to come to my house today to install my new heater and air purifier. **** came at 9, and by 2 pm I had a new heater and air purifier system installed. If you need a new heater or any kind of service, I highly recommend this company. The the owners are veterans, which was a big selling point for me. They are also locally owned and have been in business for over 60 years. ?

We had an emergency after a power surge that fried our furnace. Varsity was at our home first thing in the morning. ***** went through a thorough diagnostic process with us, went over all of our options with prices, and we ultimately replaced our entire unit. The work was done efficiently within hours. No mess to clean up afterwards, and the techs at Varsity returned our home to the safe, warm environment we needed in preparation for a large winter storm. The techs took proper precautions when entering our home, even going so far as to wearing shoe coverings to protect our floors. The service manager communicated the entire process with us before it was happening, keeping us informed every step of the way. The employees at Varsity treated our family like their family. They made our urgency their priority. Every employee we spoke with was kind, respectful, and thoroughly educated on the situation, even the customer ********************** representatives. This company will continue to serve us through the years. Theyve earned our trust from day one.

I had Varsity come to my home to do a ductless unit check. First I called the Varsity office and spoke to a few wonderful, most helpful people, Jeanette, Lexi, Karen & Erica. Amazing Customer service. Had Derek come to my home to repair the no heat and what an amazing job. Explained everything to me in full detail, he did not pressure me but explained what he needed to do to fix the issue and he was great. Would highly recommend this Company to family and friends.

Varsity Review ***** F and the Varsity Team were extremely professional. They diagnosed and troubleshooted several problems on a brand new 2 year old AC system installed by a different *********** Varsity was able to investigate any warranty options with the parts while only charge for labor. The blower motor in the air handler in the attic prematurely went bad and much to my disappointment, the previous company did not fill the unit with enough Freon. Extremely disappointed in the previous company and will never use them again. ***** F and Varsity are the only people I trust and I highly recommend them. I would give them 11 Stars!!!

Immediate appointment - fixed my heat and hot water leak. - cost was reasonable. - Tech was friendly Informative - and explained costs choices before making the fix - the tech even wore booties with out being asked - not to track dirt through home. I had an install crew come to my home to install a ductless mini split system yesterday. From the moment I called, I was pleased with the customer **********************. From **** the supervisor who answered all my questions, to **** the general manager who accommodated me on the schedule, to ********* who helped me with finance concerns, to ***** who conducted my walk thru prior to the install, to the install crew themselves, it was a great experience all the way through. I received an email with photos of the technician's prior to their arrival, so I knew who to expect. They came on time, arrived in uniform and kept my home clean. They explained what would be done prior to starting the job, so that they could customize it to my liking. This team was very professional, and their work was FLAWLESS. *****, *****, and ***** were very polite, and kind, the entire time they were here.
