I had to schedule a later than usual gutter cleaning this year due to heavy snow in November and December. No Streaks Window & Roof Cleaning were able to get me scheduled very quickly and provide excellent service.

Daniel did great job on my white shingle roof that had bad black streaks. He is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for roof cleaning.

Great experience with the company! I needed to get my roof cleaned for insurance purposes and they were able to schedule me within the week and get rid of all the moss and algae on my roof. They were quick, professional and very friendly.

Cody from No Streaks did a fantastic job in cleaning all our exterior house windows. It was cold outside but that didn’t interfere with the job. We will hire them again in the spring. It’s nice to have crystal clear windows.

I was very impressed with the work done cleaning my house and siding on July 24,2023. Dan was extremely polite , professional and meticulous. I was so happy with the result . Dan took the time to explain the soft washing process and was so informative on how algae , moss, mold can affect your home and roof. I would highly recommend “No Streaks”. Well worth the cost.

We decided to have our windows, sills and frames professionally cleaned and No Streaks had really good reviews online so I called them. The front office staff, particularly Amanda, was great, communicated in a timely manner and followed through on everything she said but unfortunately that’s when the positive experience ended. The day our cleaning was scheduled the tech’s wife called 40 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive to say he would be 30-60 minutes late. My first instinct was to cancel the service and go to another company but unfortunately I didn’t. The tech arrived 40 minutes after his scheduled time. While he was here he was friendly and seemed like he knew what he was doing. That assumption was incorrect. Apparently my screens are supposed to be removed from inside and although he was inside he was using a large scraper to pop them out which was incorrect and he damaged 6 of my screens. The owner arrived the next day and collected the 6 damaged screen and said he’d have them repaired and he’d be back in 1-2 days. I followed up a week later, because I heard nothing and was told they’d be coming at the end of the week. I waited another week, with no communication from the company and called again. They scheduled an appointment for the upcoming week. The owner did arrive with the screens but unfortunately the screen for the center/largest window in my living room was cockeyed (it was not cockeyed before No Streaks removed it for cleaning) and was again taken away for further repairs. The owner was able to properly install and adjust the other 5 screens. The center screen was repaired and installed about a week later. In the end the owner did make sure the job was completed. The time it took from day 1 when the original tech arrived to completion was 3 weeks and 1 day- not exactly what I was expecting. In all honesty I can’t say I’d use this company again and in good conscience I couldn’t recommend them to a friend.

2/2/2026- update : since my first review of this business I have had to call them back twice because the screen on the large main window in my living continues to pop out. I called a few weeks ago and they responded within days to pop it back in. I called again today because the screen is popping out again. I believe this screen was damaged by their technician and I’m concerned the damage is beyond repair and they will need to replace the screen with a new one. I will update this review again once the business responds/ rectifies the problem/ damage

2/9/26- I have contacted the company 2/2, 2/4 and 2/9 and they are unresponsive in regards to the damaged center window. I will be contacting the better business bureau to see if they can assist or at least change the rating of this company. I will also contact our local news stations call for action in hopes they can assist or at least warn other consumers

I called in a panic due to an ice dam that was dripping through my kitchen ceiling. Not only did they answer the phone right away, they were able to come out the next day to melt it. In addition to taking care of the ice dam, they cleaned out my gutter and re-installed the heating wire on my roof again. Both guys were professional, polite and extremely helpful!!

Very satisfied! I especially appreciate the proactive communication and scheduling. I work nights and can be difficult to get ahold of, so when I missed their call to reschedule due to weather, I was back on the schedule with no effort needed on my part. I was also impressed with their field technician, Tupac, as he was friendly, professional and did a fantastic job!

Daniel and his company saved me from major damage to my home from massive ice dams.

As a senior who had surgery before winter I could not address snow on my roof and the harsh winter with little relief led to huge ice buildups. I was foolishly hoping gentle thaws would save me.

Leaks started to appear and water got into my electrical system causing a fire hazard and forcing shutdown.

Daniel's crew responded in 24 hours thanks to his concern and compassion.

They worked 12 hours straight to remove and remediate the ice hazard, stopping the leaks and allowing us to remain in our home.

His crew was kind, compassionate, and communicated well.

We had an ice dam removed from our roof in late January 2026. The work was done professionally and without issue. The crew worked very hard during extreme weather conditions, including some necessary equipment repair. They saw the job through to completion and we are very satisfied with their work. Impressed the owner answered my call on a Sunday and were at my mother's house the next day to steal the ice off the roof and install the heat wires...they did a great job...good guys and good company! Highly recommend!

They arrived the next morning after I contacted them that an ice dam on my roof was causing an interior leak. The two men were professionals and efficiently power steamed and cut the ice dams off quickly without damaging the roof. The men were courteous and competent. I highly recommend them if you need this service. These are just the ice chunks off the back of the house. We would of had major damage inside if we did not call them

What an excellent company. They returned my call on the same day and promptly scheduled my job. The communication was excellent and the team was very respectful of my property. They removed the ice from my roof edges and added heated wires to keep it from returning. I thought it was very considerate of them to recommend a permanent solution when they could have charged me multiple times for ice removal through the winter. I highly recommend Dan and the team for dealing with icicles on the roof!
