Plumbing reviews in Brewster, New York

Yesterday I experienced an exceptionally good experience with Lumar Plumbing and would highly recommend their services. The woman who answered my phone call seemed to immediately sense my concern with our well (and to take it seriously) and in her cordial and efficient manner proceeded to have a technician and his helper at our door in just a few hours! The technician and his helper were thorough and professional in their analysis of our systems, (which included a water softener). They went out of their way to answer all our questions in detail and we felt that we were in good hands. We will reach out to them in the future if the need arises.

My hot water heater was leaking. Called Lumar, they came a few hours later. The guys were professional, neat & efficient. I’m extremely happy with their service. Will definitely use them again.

Lumar has completed several jobs for me but has also pulled off working for my toughest client. Flawlessly. I am completely impressed with their professionalism and costumer service. Integrity at its finest.

We had Lumar come and run a line from our exterior spigot to our new vegetable garden (approx 80 feet from the house) under the ground to avoid tripping over a hose in the back yard. It works perfectly, the team were on-time, super professional, and helped explain the process. We would certainly use again!

I spoke to Charlie at noon and in less than an hour he was able to get someone to help me out. Rob explained everything that was going on with my septic tank. We were happy with his assistance

Lumar was super accommodating when I needed my hot water heater replaced. They fit me in with an appointment the following day, found the size of hot water heater I was looking for, and in a tricky install, due to space constraints, they made it work. They were neat, and efficient. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
