Highly recommend Loti Contracting. We used them to finish our basement and Ronan was a pleasure to work with start to finish. Plus they did an amazing job, really happy we used him!

Excellent service Loti contracting goes be above and beyond. I had my kitchen remodeled rowan, and his team are professional honest responsive to every question and text. They arrive on time for a job and keep the home neat and clean during construction process beautiful work with quality cabinets in record time, my kitchen could be on HGTV, this was my first experience using a contractor and having construction done in my home it was beyond the best. I highly recommend Loti contracting.

Ronan and his crew did a great job with our second floor remodel and installing a sliding door to our back yard--we plan on using Loti Contracting for all of our future projects. Highly recommend!

First time homeowners and a basement remodel was our first large project. We had a parade of contractors come through to assess the job and most were in and out in 15 minutes. Ronan, took his time to get to know us and to fully understand the project. He offers transparent and competitive pricing; very detail orientated; and overall, an easy person to work with. Ronan was always available via text or call and his team could not have been a nicer group of people. They left the space spotless upon completion. We had an very positive experience with Loti Contracting and I cannot recommend Ronan & team enough.

We had a terrific experience with Ronan and Loti. They re-did all our floors and railings, added overhead lighting to every room, painted, and added built ins. Ronan was very communicative and transparent and was very good at explaining complex construction related topics. Were very happy with the end result and I’d reach out to him/Loti for our future contracting needs.

Loti Contracting is an amazing team to work with! Cannot recommend enough!! They are professional and super communicative (super hard to find with contractors!). Were able to answer all my questions before we got started, and stayed in touch throughout the project (again, very hard to find among contractors lol). They were flexible and super understanding when I had unforeseen delays on my end, and still came through with extreme professionalism and attention to detail.

They did a complete build out for my store and did not miss anything I asked for. Were able to get all the permits needed. And even added extra touches I didn't ask for but so appreciate! Will not be working with any other company for any future projects!

Outstanding contractor company. The workers were always on time , neat and professional. Each worker was a top notch craftsman in their respective field. Could not have asked for a better and stress free experience.

We remodeled a bathroom and bedroom that were so old and outdated, and looked for many contractors before deciding on Ronan and Loti Contracting. Five stars cannot express how happy we were with the experience - there should be more. From start to finish Ronan and his crew were skilled, professional, and their work is excellent.

When we hit snags (which we expected in this older space) he was able to give us reasonable options. And we went with more detailed tiles and the tile work is exquisite. He transformed the bathroom from a place we hated to use into our own personal spa - we had to add a tub and plumbing to the space and he executed our vision perfectly. I cannot tell you how much we love this new space!

In addition we updated a bedroom space and installed recessed lighting. Everything came out perfectly. And him and his crew were so professional and got the work done in a timely manner - honestly I could not say enough good things about the experience. I've heard nightmares from friends about experiences and Ronan made this process so easy.

Ronan and his crew at LOTI did a fantastic job installing our new kitchen floor. They also did our son and daughter-in-law's kitchen, with beautiful results. Local, responsive, solution-oriented. We are hiring them to do basement work shortly. Highly recommend.

LOTI contracting did a renovation earlier this year, and we had a fantastic experience. Ronan spent an hour reviewing our house for a quote before we even signed him on. His quote was thorough and competitively priced. He has a designer available that’s included in your rate. We also used his architect, but you can use your own if preferred. Ronan also comes to the table with a suite of contractor recommendations for additional work (floors, HVAC, etc.) if necessary. He manages all the communications, which makes it simple and easier on the homeowner.

They renovated our kitchen, a bathroom, and knocked down and rebuilt some walls to create a new master bedroom/bathroom. Ronan and his whole team, Simon, Ben, and Luis, are all around great. After having the team in our house for several months, they proved to be talented craftsmen, trustworthy, and overall good people. Renovating can be a stressful experience, but his team was fun to have around and made it an easier experience.

Ronan was good with communication (call or text) and documenting work via email along the way. He was also good with overcoming challenges uncovered after demo and being flexible with adding in additional work later in the process. Highly recommend LOTI!
