The team of two showed up on time and worked unceasingly for 2.25 hours to 'broom' clean a really dirty condo in preparation for sale. Worth every penny!

Horrible service. Had to call them back to clean things again. She was throwing things around, cleaning up rags with her feet. She was nasty. $200 for a job and 1) did a horrible job 2) had to come back and were horrible. Still need to clean the house after. Garbage on the floor, bathroom toilet filthy...this was after second time. Unbelievable.

They came twice to my house to clean. After each time something was missing. The first time it was my credit card, the second time it was a speaker used for Zoom meetings.
I do not think they took these items. Rather, they go through the house with such disrespect for the customers' belongings that items get misplaced.
To date, I have not found my credit card.
There are better places for house cleaning.

Marcus and Cristina were here today. It is always a pleasure to have them in our home and our apartment shines after every visit. We thank them and Molly Maid for their kindness, reliability and professionalism.

They do a thorough cleaning job and always have more than one cleaning representative, which cuts the time in half. I pay for a monthly cleaning, which is slightly discounted. I also like that I can schedule the next cleaning via text messaging. They currently don't offer home cleaning services on Sundays.

Had an appointment for today. Prepared house for appointment, stripped beds, sprayed oven cleaner so they could do oven (I was instructed). The crew never showed up! Got a call from someone a half hour after my appointment time with some crazy excuse as to why they didn't come....her story didn't even make sense! Now I have to do all the things I was hiring them for when I get home. I also received harassing texts from the dispatcher after I posted this review. Texts got so bad that I reported her to my local police. Stay away from Molly Maids!

The employees sent were miracle workers! My brother (in his 80s) has lived alone for over 20 years. I don't think his bathroom or kitchen have been cleaned in all that time. Awful is not a strong enough word. When the Maids left, I literally couldn't recognize the rooms. They sparkled!! Thank you so much for a wonderful job. I will definitely be hitting then again.

Thank you to Team 17 from Molly Maid Westchester! The ladies are lovely, on time and work quickly. During the first visit, they did a deep clean of my entire 2 br/2 bath apartment, and they've been coming back for monthly up keeping. I so appreciate it!

I went online to schedule and they were able to come the very next day. Excellent communicaton and they did a great job. Our home was very dusty from construction and now it sparkles!
