Do not use this plumber, He is completely unprofessional. Last week, I contracted with him to repair a leaking waste pipe at a multi family home I own in Mt. Vernon. I waited all week for him to come to repair the pipe on Saturday. All three sets of tenants were inconveniences all week by not being able to use their kitchen sinks or dishwashers. At 4:45 pm on Friday evening, this plumber canceled on me apparently because he did not like the fact that I am a property manager and able to buy my own fixtures at contractor price. He refused to respond to my pleas to him to at least repair this one problem. His actions clearly show that he is just interested in making money and has no concern for the welfare of his clients. I caution you to give any work to this vendor.

Cesar and his team are kind, responsive and dedicated to insuring that our issue was fixed quickly and professionally. We feel lucky to know who to call for any plumbing issue.

I had a great experience with this plumbing company from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. The technician took the time to explain the issue clearly and walked me through the repair options without any pressure.

This is the worst plumbing company, their drivers are reckless and the work force isn’t pleasant. Do not hire them.

Alert!!! The worst service you could imagine very expensive and the cheapest work you could get, the end job is very bad the owner Cesar profiles you on your property and wants to get you to pay extra on the job he was hire for, if he doesn’t get it he even insult you. his employees needs urgent training to perform their job.

I guess this was my blessing in disguise. He was refreferred to me by the guy i purchase my salon furniture from. He assured me he'd know what to do. So I trusted that and never looked him up. I had him come to my salon to switch out my shampoo sinks. Upon 1st meeting, he's looking me up & down so I already sense the judgment. We spoke a number of times before the day we were scheduled to meet. He was supposed to stop over the day before but never showed. I communicated on the phone that I needed 2 sinks installed. Sent a picture of said sinks twice and texted that these were the ones we were replacing. Even asked if he would be able to replace the storage that was between the sinks so I don't see where there's confusion. When he gets there, he tells me he was under the impression that it was one sink and adds a couple hundred dollars off the back! I'm baffled because we have a text thread but that didn't matter to him. His word clearly doesn't hold weight. Bad business.

I'm already turned off but I'm already not feeling well, I've been waiting to have this installed for a week so I said go ahead. Again, the day we made contact I sent him the specs and assembly of the new sinks along with pictures of the existing sinks with set up so he can see how they were currently installed. He clearly never looked at those. Well, when he came he decided it was going to be a bigger job than he expected and you could tell he'd rather be home on that particular Sunday. At this point I just wanted him out of my face so I told him to leave it. So disappointing but I'd rather have it done right so thank God, it sounds like it happened for me.

We used Cesar once before to replace exterior broken pipe. We used him again to change out a faulty shut off valve. Cesar noticed the pipes were difficult for us to access so he recommended dropping them a bit and switching out both shut offs with a better solution. Worked out amazing. His guys were very professional and worked very fast ! Thank you so much, Cesar

There so much I can say about Padilla’s Plumbing Company but I will keep it simple and very sweet. Exceptional work!!!!! Honestly I couldn’t have ask for a more better company. Cesar came by to check a leak and was extremely helpful in identifying the issue and clearly explaining why it was happening. While reviewing our water valve, he fortunately discovered a more serious problem, a leak entering from the side of the house into the breaker and electrical units. He was able to seal the exterior connection to prevent any further water from entering. We were very lucky that he noticed this, as it helped avoid a much bigger issue in the future.

I can’t recommend Padilla Plumbing highly enough. I’ve used them for all of my plumbing and heating needs over the years, and they’ve consistently done excellent work. They’ve serviced my sump pump, worked on my radiators, disconnected my propane tank, and handled all of the plumbing and heating for my home renovation, which was a big job.

They are reliable, professional, and always do a great job. Communication is clear, timelines are respected, and their pricing is fair and transparent. I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews because my experiences have been nothing but positive. I highly recommend them.

We LOVE Padilla Plumbing and use Cesar and his team for any plumbing or heating issues we have. His team have solved every problem they have been called to fix, and even spent a few days fixing our old boiler when it kept craping out - patiently testing every aspect of it until we found the solution and then NOT charging us an arm and leg for it. Cesar is also a great communicator, something I often have issues with when working with service providers of all kinds. We have used Padilla for our hot water heater, boiler, random fixes throughout the house, and a few bathroom/shower remodels.
