Concrete Contractor reviews in Bronx, New York

The professional office staff at Eden Construction gave me a timely estimate, and were very helpful and courteous throughout my project. Their crew arrived on time on the promised date, with positive attitudes, needing only minimal instruction, which they accepted without any push back. They worked hard and efficiently, removing several flags of concrete sidewalk and modifying a curb cut to agree with our DOB approved drawings. The truck with the demo material left just as the cement truck arrived. Very well timed and organized! They made a flat, nicely textured surface with clean edges, and stuck around until it set (to ward off would-be artists looking to immortalize their imprint in my new concrete!), cleaned the area, and left, leaving cones and tape around the area until the next day. The invoice was exactly as per the estimate and as per my expectations. If I ever need sidewalk work again, I know exactly who I'm going to call! I highly recommend this company.

I recently hired Eden Sidewalk Contractors for a sidewalk project, and I'm extremely satisfied with their work. The team was efficient, professional, and the quality of the finished sidewalk is impressive. I highly recommend Eden Sidewalk Contractors for their top-notch service. Thank you Lisa!

Just had our sidewalk done, I thought it would be a nightmare because there was bus stop involved. The sidewalk came out beautiful..Everyone involved was very professional.I would highly recommend them and give them a five star ratting. Diana was wonderful to work with and kept in communication with us from beginning to end

I highly recommend Eden for anything. I recently had my sidewalk repaired in correlation to a DOT violation. It was a pleasure to work with them. They are responsive, professional, on time, work hard, and their pricing is very reasonable and very fair. If I ever need an brick or sidewalk repair in the future I would not hesitate to contact them. I contacted many companies and went through so many proposals, I had a good feeling about Eden, and they proved me right. Use them.....you will not be disappointed!

Eden came to repair/replace the concrete path that goes along the side of my house. They did a great job and the neighbors have even passed along compliments. Looks so much better than what was there before and looks really good. The crew arrived early, was very friendly and courteous, and got the job done on time. Very good communication from all involved. No shadiness or weird behavior (common with contractors this days, unfortunately). They even talked me out of some more expensive options saying it would be much cheaper/easier to use certain things. I would definitely recommend. We have a couple other projects we need done that we will certainly use them for.

We used Eden to repair the sidewalk in front of our building. It was as easy as could be. They handled everything with the city, showed up on time, did their job remarkably well, and handled the city inspection as well. We honestly could not have had an easier time handling the issue thanks to Eden.

Eden was hired to correct my sidewalk violation based on extensive research on the internet. Lisa, the office staff, was extremely professional, helpful and patient throughout the process. The field crew was professional, punctual and cordial. The work was completed in a professional manner. The work site was left neat, clean, all construction debris was removed. I would highly recommend Eden for sidewalk work.

I reached out to a bunch of companies to help me address a city violation regarding the condition of my sidewalk. Eden came in with the fairest quote, were very flexible with scheduling, and were responsive whenever I had a question (thank you, Diana). On the day of the repairs, the workers completed the work efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend them.

Lisa and he EDEN team were great to work with. I called several companies and all of them tried to charge me for a bigger job than I needed and / or over charge me. Lisa was always communicative and helped explain the whole process of getting the sidewalk in front of my home fixed and the violation cleared with the city. Would definitely recommend.

Eden replaced and properly leveled bluestones on our sidewalk as required by our insurer. We were on a tight deadline, and they were incredibly responsive, helpful and professional. In addition, their rates were reasonable. They knew all the applicable city regulations and made sure we were pleased with the results. It was a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend Eden.

We had a great experience with Eden Sidewalk Contractors. From the proposal to the permits to the scheduling to getting the work done, every step was efficient and easy. And great work!

Management and execution of replacing the sidewalk was very good.
The team at Eden are communicative, professional, responsive and professional. I am happy to recommend them.

Great company and very professional! One of the highlights with Eden was their responsiveness - they answered all my questions on a timely matter and gave me great confidence in them.

I recently hired Eden to repair the sidewalk in front of a home that we are in the process of selling that had a sidewalk violation, and I must say that I was impressed with their service from start to finish. Eden promptly responded to my initial inquiry and provided a free estimate that was competitive and reasonable. The work and customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a sidewalk violation.

My experience with Eden Sidewalk Contractor was great. The office is knowledgeable and was able so set up my appointment in a timely manner. When the workers came to complete the job they were efficient. They came with all the supplies they would need and did a great job and kept the space clean. When the project was complete the office stayed in communication and kept me abreast with my violation dismissal. I will definitely use them again for my future needs.

My brother and I own our house in Brooklyn, NY, and we were required by NYC to fix the sidewalk in the front. We contacted Eden and they did an outstanding job making the repair according to the instructions provided by NYC. The staff was excellent, and the workers who did the repair were terrific. Plus Eden charged us a fair price. We strongly recommend Eden to do your work.

I owned a building with many headaches and bad vendors used by previous management. The new owner was not happy with many things and complained about everything without knowing the facts.
I truly wish I used Eden to handle all aspects of getting our sidewalk repaired and eventually a CO. I lost alot due to other vendors/engineers. Eden from the start warned me about the engineer we had who ruined me. Eden, Adil, Anays and Lisa were very friendly and out of their way helpful. I just needed work done to get CO for sidewalk which they did despite many obstacles.
Their work was done as far as I was concerned. The new owner had an issue with part of sidewalk needing further repair. Waas not happy, but when I brought this to Eden's attention they quickly+pleasantly did the repairs without any additional charges. These guys were not like the deceiving vendors who make a great presentation and talk about everything. They did the work needed at a fair price

What I great company. I contact them to help my church, with a sidewalk issue. A great part of the sidewalk had to be repaired. They gave the church a great price. They were on time for the job, and the customers service and communication was a A+ service. I will highly recommend them. Great company.

I highly recommend Eden Construction to anyone looking for a reputable company that treats the customer with respect, is responsive and delivers as promised. The service we received from management to crew was amazing. We were reassured that they would take care of the repair and permits. The crew was dependable and professional. The work and final product was top notch. Above all the sidewalk violation was removed and we’re extremely happy.

Eden is truly the best there is! I called around trying to find a sidewalk contractor, All were incompetent. Then I found and talked to the girl at Eden. I trusted them right away, they took care of everything from start to finish! Made my life so much easier. Thank you again!

This company is all about taking your money without delivering quality. They gave me a low quote at first, but once the project started, they added all sorts of “extra” charges. The staff was rude when I questioned them, and the finished sidewalk looks worse than before. Very shady business practices.
