Constraction reviews in Bronx, New York

Highly recommended. Thank you Sandy for the great job with my bathroom remodel.

I needed work done in my kitchen. I arranged for the work to be done with Sandy from LAH. Counter tops, Sink & installation of a range. Sandy came promptly on the agreed upon time & actually took less time than was advertised. No mess to speak of and all the work done in short order….. No exaggeration. Professional, Quick & Quality

The team at LAH Construction Corp recently completed an amazing patio job at our home and it is beautiful and we love our new patio as well as our new outdoor gravel path on the side of the house. For the patio, the team cleared and leveled the surface and laid the new concrete with reinforcements and also engineered a nice water drainage trench covered by decorative gravel. It is just beautiful! I am a repeat customer and i never stop being impressed and happy with the service, professionalism and cost.
It would highly recommend the team at LAH Construction corp- no reservations!

Working with Sandy and his team was such a great experience. He gut renovated my entire apartment and it came out beautiful and just what I wanted! Sandy was always on time, hard working and helped me make decisions. He made sure to offer different options to consider and was patient when I was debating what I wanted to do. He even repainted my bedroom when I decided I didn't love the color I picked out. I can't wait for my next project where I enlist Sandy's help!

My bathroom was flooded thanks to my upstairs neighbor. Sandy transformed my bathroom from a disaster zone into a work of art! Sandy is a master craftsman and will renovate your home to your exact specifications. In addition to construction work, Sandy is a skilled plumber and electrician. He re-tiled and painted the room, as well as installing a new sink, toilet, and mirror. The room now looks wonderful and I couldn't be happier. I will absolutely hire LAH for all my future construction work.

Sandy remodeled our new apartment. His recommendations for flooring, Kirchen cabinets were spot one and with great quality and within our budget. The new bathroom tiles and shower came out great! The attention to details and finishing touches were spot on. I’m already planning my next project with him!

Where do I even start! This company has not only transformed our apartment in record time, but has also been so polite and informative. We knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. Sandy is very courteous and funny and will make sure the job gets done with no hiccups. I truly recommend anyone that needs a job well done in superior time to hire them. Excellent overall, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Easy communication, on time completion and cost effective. Sandy was with me every step of the way. He installed new floors, lights, ceiling fans, bathroom vanities and medicine cabinets and gave suggestions for future renovations/upgrades when I’m ready. He does it all! Thank you Sandy and team for all your hard work on my apartment!

Couldn’t recommend enough. Sandy did an amazing job, offering his expertise, sourcing quality products at the lowest price and delivering beyond expectations. Renovating can be a scary process, but Sandy and his teams knowledge and skill gave us the kitchen we dreamed of.

Sandy and his team have absolutely transformed my house. I own a small multifamily and Sandy over a period of months created a new living space, finished basement, new laundry area, full bathroom reno and kitchenette. He worked with my architect using preexisting plans but also made wonderful suggestions for how to improve the plans once he got in the space. He made sure all work was done up to code and he made safety improvements my architect missed. In another apartment, he renovated an original 1930 bathroom, keeping original glass tile but regrouted and painted and added ventilation. He also does outdoor repointing work and decks - Sandy fully renovated and replaced two of my outdoor decks and filled gaps in my brick/concrete. He worked with me to ensure we were keeping the bones of the spaces that were still in great shape (and I didn’t have budget to change) and made only necessary and cost-effective improvements. The most communicative contractor I’ve worked with and most versatile. Reasonable and transparent itemized pricing. He and his team took a lot of pride in the work and when there were small miscommunications he promptly fixed them. I was often out of the house working or out of town and I fully trusted him and his team with the house in my absence. I will gladly work with Sandy and his team again - for small and large projects.

Sandy has broken the mold for this kind if work. He is gracious, attentive, efficient and high quality. He painted three rooms in my new place. But also noticed the bedroom door wasnt closing well and fixed it. He noticed the ceiling was chipping and fixed it - all at no additional cost. Will use him again.

They were a referral from a friend. I'm happy we did business with them because our kitchen is immaculate. Everyone who visits our home is so impressed. Thank you again!

THE VERY BEST! We are so lucky to have worked with Erland and team. They are so meticulous! So efficient! So thoughtful! They are truly in a class of their own. I especially appreciate the team's proactive approach to our project (a coffee shop in Riverdale, Bronx). Thank you Erland Contracting! You guys killed it.

Old school businessman. Responds to calls and shows up when he says so. Even completed work without me home. I paid him a few days later. Professional and I didn't have to chase him. I wish more companies were like this.
