Constraction reviews in Bronx, New York

Excellent experience.

Very good service.

Fantastic experience with this company, staff were super helpful and had extremely competitive rates.

Terrible experience with this company. They sold me an ice machine in 2020, but when it broke down three years later, they were completely unresponsive. The issue is with the Valpro brand, which appears to be manufactured by a Chinese company. The problem is that no one can get parts for it, leaving me stuck with a barely functional machine that's now nearly obsolete. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this brand and its representatives.

Thank you very much; we truly appreciate your kind comments regarding our service. We strive every day to perform our work well and ensure that all our clients are satisfied. Thanks once again, and we look forward to continuing to do business with you.

Did a great job redoing a sidewalk and getting the necessary approvals from the city of ********

We had an amazing experience working with ****. From the start they were highly communicative, keeping us posted on the process throughout. Work was completed on time and professionally. I highly recommend.

Malan general construction is very reliable, clean and efficient with all the work he has done for me. In 2024, he replaced my roof along with my semi attached neighbor in three days. I hired him to do some painting, install four doors and installed new carpet on steps along with railway and post. The paint job was above my expectations. Im looking forward to do more work in the nearby future. I want to thank all his employees who came and worked all day to make my home beautiful.

My sidewalk was damaged due to their old age. Cracks had formed on the surface and it was becoming a major trip hazard. I received a violation notice from the Department of Transportation. Fixing the violation was my priority . Finding the right contractor to fix my sidewalk was my ultimate goal.
After consulting with my neighbors, I came to know about Eden General Construction. I was impressed by their work portfolio and the professionalism they showed during our initial conversation.
They provided me with a free estimate for the repairs. After I accepted the offer, they applied for a sidewalk repair permit and executed the job.
I couldn’t be more impressed by the work, shortly after they removed the violation. The team they sent had construction licensing, proper training, and sidewalk insurance. Their attention to detail, sidewalk repair expertise, and use of high-quality concrete made my sidewalk look great. Eden General Construction was the honestly the right choice to repair the sidewalk. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for sidewalk repairs.
The new concrete sidewalk was also perfectly laid out, smooth, and added significant curb appeal to my property. After completing the initial repairs, i hired them once again to repair my driveway and it came out perfect.
To say the least I am highly impressed by the work they have performed and recommended them for anyone sidewalk repairs or violation removals.
