This company - Metro NY Construction Inc. - has done excellent work on our building at a very reasonable cost. In 2022 they renovated much of the exterior of the building, including several levels of roofing, the entire back wall and fire escape. This
involved, among other things, scraping, priming, painting and waterproofing. In 2023 they fixed several window leaks. And this month - March 2026 - they repaired a downspout/gutter, which had come loose and was leaning against our neighbor's building. They removed the damaged downspout and scupper box from the wall and re-installed them to the wall with new metal brackets and steel anchors. The workers were polite, friendly and cooperative. They cleaned up everything before they left. And the price they charged was extremely reasonable. I do not hesitate in recommending this company for interior and exterior building work. -

Very reliable GC in NYC. Metro NY pulled permits, managed the job, and delivered exactly what they promised. No surprises is easy to work with and stands behind their work. Highly recommend for any home renovation.
