This company - Metro NY Construction Inc. - has done excellent work on our building at a very reasonable cost. In 2022 they renovated much of the exterior of the building, including several levels of roofing, the entire back wall and fire escape. This
involved, among other things, scraping, priming, painting and waterproofing. In 2023 they fixed several window leaks. And this month - March 2026 - they repaired a downspout/gutter, which had come loose and was leaning against our neighbor's building. They removed the damaged downspout and scupper box from the wall and re-installed them to the wall with new metal brackets and steel anchors. The workers were polite, friendly and cooperative. They cleaned up everything before they left. And the price they charged was extremely reasonable. I do not hesitate in recommending this company for interior and exterior building work.

I had availed their services to fix a hole on the wall. Since it was a minor job I didn't request an in-person estimate but rather just shared photos. They were able to accommodate me within 3 weeks of the initial request.

There was 1 worker and 1 person to supervise. They had all the necessary tools with them, and got the wall fixed within couple of hours, and took care of the cleaning as well. They did a very clean job and it would have not been possible to identify any work was done at all if not for the difference in paint color which was my mistake in the 1st place since I mentioned the wrong color. Cost was reasonable.

I contacted Metro NY construction for an estimate on a project that needed an immediate resolution. Leo came the same day I contacted him, gave an estimate and completed the work within the timeframe specified. The work was done thoroughly and meticulously.
