Hi everyone. I hired Alliance for a backyard job. I was very pleased with the outcome. So I continued to hire him for a total of four contracts. The bathroom he built was outstanding. He painted the whole house and did an excellent job. I was equally pleased with the other two contracts. And all for a very fair price. Highly recommend!

Isaac and his team are simply amazing. Alliance construction came to home and did an amazing job waterproofing and repairing my home. I usually don’t take the time out to leave a review but Alliance construction is worth the little time it takes to give them the recognition that they deserve. Isaac and his team was extremely respectful, transparent, responsive, and most of all took pride in their work. Alliance general construction is the company to hire who is looking for a great company they can trust with their home.

Mr Isaac and Alliance Construction were extremely professional and courteous. The job they did on my home was fantastic and very timely. He had enough men who also were courteous to finish the job quickly. I had my roof done {down to bare bones} and outside work. Beautiful work Have pictures to prove it. Any questions Isaac responded quickly. He also did some inside work. Definitely would recommend this company

I have loved working with the Alliance team on my exterior staircase project in Mount Vernon, NY! The team is exceptionally knowledgeable, communicative, professional and responsive. Although it took me a long time to get my project approved, Alliance was ready and able to begin with promptly, sourced beautiful materials, and the outcome is absolutely stunning. I have used CMP for several projects. The owner Joe, is knowledgeable and honest and his staff are skilled at what they do. A go to company for any renovation or upgrade for your home or business. Always provided fair and competitve pricing.

Avoid at All Costs — Unprofessional, Disorganized, and Deceptive

I hired this contractor to renovate my co-op apartment: kitchen installation, floor sanding, and painting. I paid $50,000. The result? A disaster I’m still paying for — financially and mentally.

Joe comes off friendly at first — but don’t be fooled. That friendliness is a front to close the deal. Once the job begins, the quality disappears, accountability vanishes, and your time and money are wasted.

Let’s get specific:
• Fridge Debacle:
Joe gave me the wrong fridge specs and passed me off to a vendor contact who was outright rude. On delivery day, the fridge couldn’t even fit through the entrance — because Joe failed at a basic measurement. He blamed the delivery team, who actually tried everything: removing doors, troubleshooting, even attempting partial disassembly. Nothing worked. The result? I had to buy a smaller fridge that doesn’t fit the layout and leaves ugly gaps.
• Delays That Cost Me Thousands:
The job dragged on unnecessarily, while I had to keep paying monthly co-op maintenance on a unit that wasn’t livable — solely due to their lack of planning and urgency.
• Horrible Vendors:
Every trade they brought in was incompetent:
• Electrician had to return four times to complete basic lighting installation
• Plumber clearly didn’t know what he was doing
• Closet finishes look like amateur work — visibly crooked and incomplete
• Radiators, which I explicitly asked to be cleaned, were completely ignored
• Zero Responsibility, Zero Ownership:
They take no responsibility for mistakes, no follow-through on promises, and no pride in their work. You’ll be left chasing them for corrections they never deliver.

Do not trust their recommendations. Do not trust their measurements. Do not trust their timelines.

This was not just bad — it was negligent. I strongly advise you to stay away. You will lose money, time, and peace of mind.

Bottom line:
Poor workmanship. Unqualified vendors. No accountability. And a total lack of respect for the client.

I’m satisfied with the quality of services they delivered to us. What we I found was that the quality of work was comparable to some top construction companies in nyc.

UCGCNY provided us a hassle-free service for our exterior restoration Parapet wall rebuilt project. They not only applied waterproof type cement to refill the cracks, but also helped us with the matching bricks.

I am satisfied work done, work was completed on time and in a Professional manner. Their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely recommend them.

Came out to view space to give estimate the same day i called, started and completed project on time, they were resourceful in getting the job done, price was fair and communication was good, overall good service and I would recommend.

They did basement renovations for me and I was really impressed. Reasonable prices, the work crew is really nice and clean up after themselves. Will recommend.

We contacted them after we bought our new house. It was a gut renovation. Everything was taken care of from demolition to the finishing. Omar and his team were very accommodating throughout the project.

I had them install new tiles in my bathroom and kitchen; and a new fence. They work quickly and didn’t overcharge—their price quotes were very reasonable compared to other companies that I had contacted.

I don't recommend him. Did my sidewalk in December. Sidewalk cracked in January. Contractor refused to do anything about it. Will be taking him to court.

The price is ok, but the quality is not. You get what you pay for. I'm compelled to write this review because of a similar review of concrete having large cracks. Got work done a few years ago and Hafiz never made it right. The concrete had large cracks and spalling and it was a sidewalk; no cars. Hafiz will not take responsibility for his substandard work. He is a dishonest person who does not stand by his word. The name Hafiz means remembering of the koran by heart, but you do not act as so. Hashem will remember your actions and words. Good luck.
