I had some loose vinyl siding beneath the peak of the roof of my house. As it turns out, a squirrel had built a large nest beneath the siding.
Miri from Best Construction Choice came promptly to my house, removed the nest (including two baby squirrels!) repaired the squirrel damage, and replaced the siding.
He sealed the squirrel's ingress site very effectively.
I know this because the mother squirrel tried to bring back a baby to the old nest, but could not find a way in!
Hopefully, she will build a new nest in a tree somewhere.
The price was fair, and the finished product is excellent.

Ihired Best Construction Choice Inc to replace my decking boards and i was amazed by the results. It got heavy rain day later and i saw leak in my ceiling, glad Miri was there and did inspection on my roof. Found the chimney flashing was very old and the roof in the valley was installed incorrectly. Day later they came and fix all the issues of my roof . Highly recommend Best Construction Choice Inc

Miri and his team are a group of very professional and very detailed oriented individuals. The quality of work is extremely impressive and precise. They replaced our entire gutter system in only a few hours. They kept me up-to-date on where they were with the project and if they ever needed to step away to get additional supplies. While Miri and his team were building the deck start raining and I saw a mark water in my ceiling. Glad the guys were there and found the ventilator pipe on roof was opened and installed incorrectly. Miri explained to me everything about the problems of the roof, and he included in the estimate everything which needs to be replaced, as it was: som part of plywood, gutters and face boards. it was very ezee to work with this guy.

Mrri came to work every day (5 days) on time. He and his crew worked from the morning to early evening only taking time for lunch before going back to work. Before he started work he came and thoroughly went over in detail what he was going to do after letting me say first what I wanted. He suggested what he thought would be best and why. I love my deck, what more can I say. I highly recommend him and his company. I have dealt with several contractors, and I must say he is the best and I have horror stories to tell…but not with Best Construction Choice. I highly, highly recommend this company and its owner!!! 5 Star for sure!!!!

Once we decided to renovate our deck and upgrade it from a ran down wood plank deck to a composite deck, we contacted approximately three companies for estimates. We decided to go into contract with Best Construction Choice Inc for a few reasons. Miri was always in communication with us and for any questions or concerns we had were always addressed in a timely manner. Considering we are visual people he came to our home with samples of color combinations best suited for our home. Miri was very thorough in explaining everything down to the most minuscule detail. Every component of the deck and option we had for the space provided and our budget.

Miri’s response time was impressive and very straightforward about our material and design options. The estimate was transparent, however we did have to raise our budget to protect our investment. Miri did not pressure us into expensive features. He set clear expectations for the timeline and budget from the start. We went into contract at the peak of summer but their work and work ethic regardless of temperature wasn’t diminished. Miri’s staff was very polite and professional. The deck boards are perfectly aligned, the railing is secure and stable The overall construction feels solid and met our expectations. The site was kept clean and orderly at the end of each workday and all debris was removed upon completion. Miri also understood the vision of utilizing underneath the deck and created a gate for access. He added solar lights to the deck and the front of the house for very polished and elegant look.

While making this house a home we’ve had our fare share of greedy and unprofessional contractors and companies. This isn’t one of those cases. We went over budget, but we are extremely pleased with the final result and the entire process. We absolutely recommend Best Construction Choice Inc to anyone who ask without hesitation.
