These guys are completely useless, I paid in full for them to come install new windows and it's over 6 months, today 16th of oct they supposed to come install it and canceled, don't when or if they'll ever come

They are a disgrace to home depot they are better off closing that location, they are incompetent , rude , lazy, I had a very bad experience with a carpet installation. Jorge Nunez from flooring should fired.

used installation process and ordered doors 1 storm & 1 security and they fumbled around and made numerous mistakes....moving forward this is the Bruckner store.....I waited 5 weeks for special order storm door and on installation day the installers (Ray) showed up on time but had the door which was wrong and clearly did not have my security door.....after countless back and fourth Shantiera from home depot stepped up to plate along with Ray the installer....at the end I did not get the special order door which is kind of disappointing ....the installer Ray was great /professional /& understanding. Shantiera from hope depot was on point and courteous.
the whole process needs to be upgraded because everyone else involved do not seem to know what's going on......
I purchased a product storm door was defective and special order was wrong.
I ended up with off the shelf doors they look good but the whole process sucks....

This Home Depot store does a disservice in honoring the Home Depot brand! This store is by far the worst retail store I've had to deal with. Furthermore, not one of the many employees working on my issues since October 2014 has any accountability for all of their wrong doings. It not only took them 4 months to finish my flooring job, I am still waiting for a $300 refund for materials returned to their store...I drive as far north as the New Rochelle store where my hard earned cash spent in their store is appreciated. Ohhhh and did I mention that the Store's General Manager cannot show face to take ownership and apologize for the entire team behind my order dropping the ball. This is and will continue to be the dreadful story that I tell behind the hardwood flooring installation of my new home.

JSTJ Construction was excellent to work with. Great communication and felt like a good partner in our kitchen remodel. Highly recommend.

Constantly harassed for money for work that was not done.
Put an illegal lien on my home. told electrician and plumber not to sign off when I paid them because he wanted to get more money from me.
Am going to court and am confident when the judge sees all the evidence I will win but it has been one of the worst experiences a person should not have to go through.

We are very happy with the work done by JSTJ Construction. The work was completed ontime and to our specifications. Very professional. We look forward to working with them again!

Whenever i call they send their crew over and ill have an estimate by the end of the day. When i shopped around they were always the cheapest and the most responsible. Great company

i used them to install my shooting range. They were amazing. I then hired them to do my kitchen and bathroom. VERY professional. Modern style work

When I began this project I was very wary since I know nothing about construction. As soon as I met John he put me at ease. I ended up expanding the scope of work from a kitchen renovation to include painting the entire apartment and flooring for the entire apartment. Even though the project was done during the pandemic. It was completed efficiently and quickly. John and his workers were very helpful and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done.

We have had many home renovations done by Jon and his crew. They are very professionally and leave everything clean and tidy!!! Would highly recommend their services for any home renovations you may need as a general contractor.

John and his team are incredibly skilled. Everything was well coordinated and timely. They are efficient, competent, and motivated. No sloppiness. They keep you updated throughout the process, are responsive and responsible. 10/10 will use again.

Had work done on both our previous home and current home by this company and they did impecible and detailed beautiful work on our homes. New Bathrooms, new kitchen and basement. Would highly recommend!!
