Michael Rizzo at Castle Hill is a diamond in the rough - truly a good business person and human being. He has helped me tremendously with my lighting and electrical needs, always straightforward, prompt, honest, and willing to help above and beyond the typical customer service. I hesitated going through Castle Hill because it was unfamiliar - I was going to buy my stuff through Home Depot or Lowes. But they don't have the knowledge that Michael has, nor do they try to understand your needs like Michael. He saved me thousands of dollars on lighting fixtures and helped me every step of the way with lights and switches.

I LOVE this place I been buying material from here for just over 3Yrs. Mario is the best worker there. He is fast and he knows everything, plus he a great person.

They must notify on west say that they will not be open on Saturday the 5th.

They have a good selection & carry a lot of things that you won't find in a hardware store. They're very knowledgeable about their stock but if they don't carry it, according to them it doesn't exist but I've proved them wrong on that before. LoL I also consider them very over priced in comparison to other supply houses but location, location, location.

The tattoo guy K2 was a great and helpful guy at the counter! Great Sense of Humor and went the extra mile for me! True definition of customer service!! He knows his stuff! Very smart guy!

Worst service experience in my life. Staff is completely unprofessional and unresponsive. They will walk past you. Took 54 minutes to help 4 people. Never again.

This is the ONLY electrical supply warehouse I will shop at for my business. Great service and always a helping staff. If I could put 6 stars I would have. Best in New York for sure

K2 provided me with great customer service! Very knowledgeable and great sense of humor!!! Because of him I will come to castle hill for all my supplies! He was very fast and efficient! Impressed me with the amount of customers who loves him!! This man is a machine!! He's there go-to guy!

The return policy is against the customer. When returning a material, they unilaterally remove 15% of the value of the return. Absolutely unacceptable and illegal as it is not stated in any legal document.
