BEWARE LADIES. The electrician they employed was not even an electrician I found out! He took my Deposit of $185, made excuses, never came back then lied, began to insult and threatened me refusing to return money then stopped answering my calls and emails. I have his signature on a receipt!!! Some folks will take advantage whenever & however they can. I'll out him soon. Be Aware People!

Came the same day I called and replaced my burnt out outlet quickly and professionally! Would highly recommend!

I used Dudley and Associates to fix a light in my living room and the were fast, professional and affordable.

I hired Dudley & Associates Electrical to fix a living room outage, but they couldn’t diagnose the issue or restore power. I paid for a visit with no resolution, which was very disappointing. I also attempted to call and give feedback directly, but the line disconnected immediately each time.
For future customers: ask upfront about what happens if the problem isn’t solved. For the company: clearer communication and better customer support would go a long way.

Brought a 5 gang box and 5 gang raise on October 21st 2020 for $33.00 .Went back on November 06th 2020 and purchased same items charged $55.45.My employee left with the items . I came in person on November 11th 2020 to speak with manager, said "I can't refund you because everything when up by 15 percent ".Hope u are getting rich on people trying to make it out here . Such a dishonest business.

Very racist employees and owners. This morning, on my way to work, my car was blocked by 2 vehicles double parked in front of 2482 Third Ave. In an attempt to identify the owners of the vehicle I beeped my horn and was confronted by 2 men who came out of Smiths Electrical Supply and aggressively approached me, taking zero accountability for blocking me in. The younger guy who didn’t own either vehicles argued with me for beeping my horn and blamed me for not doing my diligence in finding the owner of cars. The older male with white hair screamed white power because he was double parked in front of my vehicle and was upset he had to move it. The other older male said he was deaf (however clearly was not as we had a conversation) and didn’t hear or acknowledge their wrong doings. This encounter will also be reported to the BBB. Please avoid this company as they should not be in business considering how they treat citizens of the neighborhood they operate their business in. Their racist actions have really affected me emotionally and was completely uncalled for considering I was parked legally and ended up late to work because of the way they chose to handle themselves.

This is a worst electrician company. Very unprofessional management, and foremen's will set you up. If you have an experience don't waste your time with them.

The company is well organized with. The people who are working there is highly professional with huge knowledge and experience!!! It is so impressed how they are doing pretty hard job that other company is not doing because the electrician guys went through a lot of sucessful project by their own. Very responsible management stuff!!!

Unprofessional workers. Creates hostility on job sites for no reason at all. Workers should take a mandatory course on how to talk to other trades on job sites.
