These guys are the real deal. I had them redo the parapet wall on my Brooklyn property. It was crumbling and unsafe, but now it looks brand new. Communication was excellent throughout. They even helped me understand some of the permit requirements, which was a huge plus.

Very good service. They replaced a few windows in my commercial building and added stucco to the rear wall. The work was solid and done on time, though there was a slight delay with material delivery. Would use them again.

Eden Construction repaired the exterior of my historic townhouse. Their knowledge of NYC architecture really showed, and the finish looks authentic and sturdy. I trust them completely now.

Our organization hired Eden to perform two jobs at a cost of over $300K. We had them replace our sidewalks as well as conduct brick pointing on our 5 story building. Initially things seem to go well however after a few months we noticed cracks developing in our sidewalks. In addition, once scaffolding was removed, we noticed that there was no attempt made to match the color of our mortar. From the street level you can see all the new mortar they used for brick pointing. When we addressed these issues with the site manager Anays Suarez, she stated they could not match the mortar and that the sidewalk cracks were due to a leveling issue, something they should have done when they tore up the sidewalks to replace. They refused to do any remediation work on either. Finally, on the side of our building we have 10 foot banners that could be see from a distance with our company name and services we offered. These banners, three of them, were removed by Eden staff and then lost. When we inquired about the banners and their location they first tried to deny we ever had banners. I had to submit photos to them showing the banners were indeed on our building and asked at minimum that they reimburse us for the cost of the banners. I would still have to have to pay for the cost of installing these banners back on our building since there were placed several stories high. I contacted Adeel Shuja to try to find an amicable resolution and he refused to reimburse us for the cost of these banners. He lacked professionalism in our discourse and ultimately hung up on me mid conversation. I attempted several times to email him and try to again resolve with no response. Mind you this was an over $300K job and the replacement of these banners would have been a nominal reimbursement for his company and would have demonstrated good service recovery. This is on top of the sidewalk cracks and the poor mortar job performed. We are a not-for-profit company in service to the community and operate on tight margins. Eden's lack of professionally courtesy and disregard were unnecessary and unacceptable. We will never do business with them again nor would we recommend them to fellow organizations. Shame on them.

I am updating my review of Eden I posted a few months ago. Since this review the company reached out to remedy our concerns. It seems there was a misunderstanding and miscommunications and they were committed to correcting the issue. Anays came to visit with us and admitted that there were issues that could and should be corrected. They agreed to perform the work to fix our issues and have done so. Unfortunately nothing could be done about the difference in color with the mortar however they have addressed the sidewalk issues. They also offered to replace the banners that were misplaced. I appreciate their responsiveness to our concerns. In any business deal, miscommunications can impact the outcome, what's important however is service recovery and owning up to mistakes and I give Eden credit for doing so. We are pleased that they responded and wish them well. I changed my ratings based upon this service recovery, still not happy about the mortar color but we can live with that. Not many companies would have bothered to respond in the way they did.

I recently hired Eden Construction to repair my sidewalk after receiving a city violation, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, they were thorough in their follow-through and follow-up, taking initiative at every step of the project without me needing to ask. It was refreshing to do business with such a reliable and professional company, especially since it’s rare to find people of such integrity these days. I found them through a Google search and was encouraged by their positive reviews, and they absolutely lived up to them. I highly recommend their services!

I am grateful for the work Eden did on my sidewalk. They were very quick and diligent. They notified me of each step and let me know the day they would begin. I am grateful and the violation has already been removed. Thanks 🙏🏻

Update: The management team at Eden were adamant to address the issues that I had previously mentioned. The team was very persistent on righting their wrongs and did some concrete work for us. It was great and I am glad that I continued to work with the team. Revising to 5-stars

Eden was initially good to work with, we had them do touch up mortar work on bricks and fill in holes where there were wall units. The brick work was good, but they missed an area in our siding that needed to be replaced/repaired. This was not in the original scope of work but they did were doing work directly there and should have notified us.

The team also did not bring adequate equipment and had to use our push broom, stepping stool and adjustable wrench. After the job was done the push broom and adjustable wrench were missing and when we notified the company the only remedy was for a small discount on the previously mentioned siding issue that they missed.

So TLDR: good work up front, missing tools and supplies no real remedy.

I live at 1625 Overing St, Bronx, NY and recently had a sidewalk DOT violation that needed to be fixed. I hired Eden General Construction Inc, and they did a great job. They repaired the sidewalk properly and took care of everything needed to pass the DOT inspection. The crew was professional, and very affordable, worked efficiently, and the new sidewalk looks clean and well done. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Eden General Construction Inc to anyone who needs sidewalk repair or help with a DOT violation.
