He significantly exceeded the quoted price during the initial call. The AC repair lasted only a few weeks before it started leaking again. When we requested the receipt for the second repair, he stopped responding.

I booked a service for boiler repair, but things went downhill from there. The technician came, assessed the issue, and asked me to purchase replacement parts. I did as instructed, only to have them arrive at the next appointment and be found to be incorrect. It's unclear why the tech would ask for my input on parts without ensuring they were the right ones. As a result, I wasted time and money, leaving my tenants without heat. Be cautious when dealing with this business - it may not deliver as promised.
