I did as instructed, only to have them arrive at the next appointment and be found to be incorrect. It's unclear why the tech would ask for my input on parts without ensuring they were the right ones. As a result, I wasted time and money, leaving my tenants without heat. Be cautious when dealing with this business - it may not deliver as promised.

We're extremely dissatisfied with the service we received from this company, particularly after spending over $18,000 on a job four years ago. Every summer, our air conditioning system blows hot air, and we've called Bee-jai multiple times to fix it, only for him to fill it up with Freon temporarily until the next winter.

However, instead of finding a permanent solution, he'd always tell us to remind him in the spring, which is what happened this past winter. He came back last month and left a tank monitoring overnight to detect any leaks. Sure enough, when he returned the next day, he confirmed that there was indeed a leak.

Now, he's telling us that we need to replace the entire unit because it's no good, and we'd have to pay another $13,500 on top of the original cost. It's outrageous! The reason is that he couldn't be bothered to thoroughly inspect the system again to find the source of the leak. Instead, he's trying to pawn off the responsibility on us.

When I needed help with a pressing issue during hot weather, Bee-jai completely ignored me and didn't even have the decency to call my husband to come fix it. My kids were remote learning with fans on, and we're now forced to find someone else to sort out the mess. It's infuriating that he'd rather pass on the blame to us.

If you value honesty and integrity, stay far away from this company. Those who have been satisfied in the past must have gotten lucky, but I wouldn't count on it lasting.

Instead, it's led to a costly replacement of the AC unit - from a couple hundred dollars to several thousand - and an additional fee for "service". This experience has left a sour taste; I wouldn't recommend this individual to anyone.
