Avoid this company at all costs. Be wary of their fee for an initial assessment, which turns out to be just a sales pitch. If you agree, be prepared for complete lack of follow-through. They'll promise one thing but deliver nothing. Carlos in particular is untrustworthy - don't bother dealing with him. Save your money and time by going elsewhere.

I hired this company, which turned out to be a scam. They provided an estimated arrival time but failed to show up. There was no communication throughout the process. When I called, they rescheduled again, but once more they didn't appear. It's impossible to speak with anyone in charge - just a representative who claims to address concerns and promises a follow-up call that never materializes.
