I recently paid $843.78 for the same service I got last year for half the price. The only difference now is that two people are assigned to each job instead of one, and they bill separately for travel time and labor. I don't care how many workers or vehicles they send out, but doubling the cost for a similar job is unacceptable.
After weeks of arguing, they finally admitted that the delay wasn't an issue since my tenant was let in immediately upon arrival. It's clear their new policy is just a way to increase costs without any real justification. If you're comfortable with the idea of paying more money because someone might send multiple people and charge separately for each person's time, then this company might be suitable for you.
