Larry did a great job - he showed up on time and got the installation done right. I'd been putting it off for ages, but finally needed some relief from the heat. He measured my space perfectly and now I'm enjoying some much-needed comfort. Appreciate the quality work.

I chose this company after reading all their reviews, hoping they'd do better than some of them I've dealt with in the past. Unfortunately, my experience with Larry was another letdown. My AC unit needed some refrigerant due to a leak from last time that had been fixed through a pipe.

Larry showed up at 10am and claimed the unit needed cleaning. I agreed, but he didn't have the necessary tools, so he left for over an hour to fetch them. When he returned, he used some basic brushes and plastic tape instead of proper equipment, which took him another hour to do the job. The whole time, I helped him out. He ended up charging me $300.

The unit fan does work slightly stronger now that it's been cleaned, but I'm still concerned about the temperature - it was 94 degrees when Larry said it was okay and didn't need any more refrigerant. However, a couple of hours later, the room started getting warmer again. When I called Larry back to express my concern, he just ended up fixing someone else's unit instead.

Luckily, I managed to intervene and get him to focus on mine. This time, he had some assistance from another handyman who helped him diagnose and fix the issue. They added about 16.54 oz of refrigerant to the system, which seemed like a lot considering they'd previously only filled it with one pound.

What really got my goat was that Larry tried to charge me for two pounds, but I caught on when I asked his handyman how much he'd actually used. It's clear this company is trying to take advantage of people they think can't spot the truth - and their prices are listed online, so it's not like it's hidden. The whole experience was a disaster, and I wouldn't recommend them.

In hindsight, I should've stuck with my instincts and avoided hiring a new company with such limited experience. This experience left me questioning whether they'd be honest with customers or if they'd try to rip people off.

The service was exceptional and personalized. This guy not only delivered, but also took the time to share actionable advice that genuinely helped me improve in the long run. Highly recommend this company – it won't be my last interaction with them either.
