I've been working with Stanley Ruth Co. for over three decades and I'm pleased with their service.
This year, the dynamics of our building changed, making what used to be a straightforward process for replacing my Thru The Wall A/C Unit much more complicated.
The removal procedure required the building's engineer to inspect the sleeve before installing the new unit. This added a layer of complexity, involving multiple personnel from the Co Op's management office, the engineer, a plumber, and Stanley Ruth Co. itself.
Despite the increased complexity, Tara Marie Mendoza, Project Manager, stepped in and ensured the process was completed efficiently. What could have taken several days was done in just two consecutive days with minimal interruptions. -
