Good got my key done within 2 minutes

I’m gonna say this do not go here if you need a key personally made I bought my lock and my key and explain to them what I needed done. These people did not know what they were doing whatsoever. The old guy says he can’t work on this because the key is blank after I repeatedly explain to him over the phone. I needed him to open the lock and cut the key. this lock he then proceeded to give me an attitude and waves me away So I recommend to anyone do not go there if you need a personal key made go somewhere else that would be way more professional

I went to get a window shade for my bathroom. I provided the measurements, and it was cut like someone did it in the dark. It looks awful and I’m glad it was under $10. The whole shade was cut in a messy, jagged manner. The stick at the bottom was also cut jaggedly and not secured, as shown in my picture. If I wasn’t in such a rush and knew that this is the type of work they do, I would’ve inspected it closely before paying and rushing out.

Very professional business. Staff were welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. They were able to replace a broken piece to a very old storm door handle. Quick and efficient. I recommend anyone to come check this location out. Thanks guys, lifesavers.

Horrible experience. We brought our lockset here and dealt with a man named Ezra. When I first handed him the lock, I explained that I already had a set of keys for all my other locks, and he assured me he could reset this lock to work with them. He kept the lock for 1.5 hours, then called demanding $70 without ever giving a price upfront. Instead of rekeying it as promised, he replaced the cylinder and made me a new set of keys that only work on that lock. To make things worse, we were locked out of another room where all our other keys were stored, and instead of helping, he took advantage of our situation. He was rude and refused to return the lock unless we paid him. I understand paying for labor, but this felt like cutthroat robbery. Dishonest, unprofessional, and absolutely not a place I’d recommend.
