So here’s the deal, short and simple. Had a leaky sewer line Bunch of companies came and the best price I got was from Frank from empire sewer and water. They were able to fix the line and patch up my line back. I would call them again for any other issues. I suggest you do too.

From start to finish, Empire Sewer & Water Inc. was nothing but professional, efficient and helpful. Contacting them out of emergency, they were there to assist every step of the way. Upon meeting the plumbers, they were very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done prior to any work commencing. With most companies, you sometimes get the impression that people are trying to overcharge or “get one over on you.” This definitely was not the case and I immediately felt at ease knowing they would handle my co-op plumbing needs.
Working with co-ops/buildings can be problematic at times. My building indeed was not easy to work with and created some unnecessary barriers. Fortunately for me, Diana in the office advocated for me and ensured that things got done the way it needed to be! Simply put, I would not hesitate to recommend or refer Empire for anyone who has any type of plumbing needs. You won’t be disappointed!
