I had a clogged drain over the weekend and called these guys. They came out on a Sunday morning and had it fixed in a half hour. I thought it was going to take all day. Great service!

I contacted the number listed on google and that was a mistake. I was looking for plumbing services because I have an issue with my sink. The guy that answered the phone lashed out at me in the most aggressive, pissed off, annoyed manner I have ever heard from a supposed business. Apparently, he was furious because he thought I was a spam or internet caller looking to "improve" his business. After he explained himself, he didn't even apologize for his poor attitude. He just gave me the number to the main office and said that I was calling a satellite number/ location.
Well, I won't be calling them for any assistance. Best of luck.

Excellent customer service, Benny and his team did amazing work showed and explained to me what was going on with my toilet and the cause of the issue and fixed it the same day.

Top Pro Pipe Repair, has replace a boiler and also replace frozen pipes due to the sever winter. Top pro pipe was very professional, on time, full explanation of the repairs and quote the cost upfront. Their repairs were top notch and the prices quoted were very reasonable. I will definitely recommend Top Pro Pipe Repair again and again.

My boiler died in the middle of the night on one of the coldest nights this winter. I contacted Top Pro and 2 other companies first thing the next morning. Top Pro responded back almost immediately (I’m still waiting to hear from the other 2 companies). The boiler was a goner. But the guys from Top Pro assured me that they would install a new one the same day if their supplier had the model in stock. They kept me in the loop the entire time by text or phone. Long story short, they got the new boiler, piping and parts and proceeded to dismantle the old one and assemble the new one all the while assuring me that I would have heat that night and they kept their word. My new boiler was up and running by 9:30 PM. No easy task. These guys are great - dependable and professional with a genuine work ethic. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors and use them again and again.
