Mr. Ramirez responded quickly on a Sunday. He arrived early, assessed the problem quickly, and offered a solution at a fair price with service and parts guaranteed. The fridge was back up and running in two hours.

I had an issue with my refrigerator and called Ramirez for help. It was a Saturday evening around 5 PM, and he wasn’t initially available, but once I explained that it was an emergency—since we’d have to throw out all our food he made time to come by. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem within minutes and replaced the faulty part efficiently with warranty. At no point did he pressure me into unnecessary repairs or purchases. His expertise is truly impressive, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repairs!
