I called them because my wife had somehow broken off the knob to the oven on my gas stove. They said it would cost $99 for the technician to come and in and that the technician would come in on Friday. I asked them if I needed to buy any parts and they told me the technician would have all the parts needed in his van. The technician came on Thursday instead of Friday when nobody was home and they said if I could not accommodate him they would still charge me the fee. I came home from work early because of this. He then told me he didn’t have any parts and said that they front desk should not have said that as there is no way anybody would have the parts. Then he told gave me his diagnosis: “your knob is broken”. That will be $99 plus tax and credit card fees of $115. And I can’t fix it because I don’t have r the parts. Can you at least tell me which parts I need. “Oh no we never tell customers our parts”. I will call you later with an invoice to fix it. Later that afternoon. “I looked it up. $500 for the parts and $500 for labor. Plus taxes. Oh and they are out of stock so it will take four to six weeks”. I was really mad at this point. So I called my appliance manufacturer. They said I can buy a self repair kit with all the parts needed and clear instructions for $200. They overnighted it to me and it took one hour to fix on my own.

These guys are thieves and liars. Do not use them.

One point of feedback, please be careful in the future about ruining screw heads when putting equipment back together. All the screw heads are now worn down so it will be difficult to get back into the machine if necessary.

A. was very enthusiastic and capable, worked efficiently & fixed the part so I wouldn't need to order new. Would use them again. But their dispatcher really needs to be more upfront about the pricing ranges. Serviceman gets five stars, dispatcher gets 3.
