I made an appointment with they skipped 2 times, then when they finally showed up, they left "to order" the parts. never came back. they took the money for the parts

WARNING - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

I hired this company to repair my refrigerator in November 2025. At the beginning everything was fine, they came out, repairman was nice, and everything appeared resolved. As part of my repair I was informed there was a 2 month warranty.

The next week the same issue resurfaced. I reached out to inform them and was told they would get back to me. A week went by and they never reached out. After multiple days/attempts (calls and text), I finally got in contact with someone.

Side note: no one ever picks up when you call. I have 3 different numbers for this company and every time you call it goes to an individuals voicemail who never calls back. One of the numbers is disconnected.

Back to the story - so after about 10 days (from day I was told they would get back to me) I luckily get someone to answer the phone. They inform me the tech is on vacation and I have to wait for the following week for his return, and they assured me they would contact me.

Another week goes by (8 days), and no update. I somehow again (after several attempts) get in touch (this time through text), and we schedule an appointment for the next week (over a month from initial visit).

It is now the day of the appointment (11am-2PM). At 230PM I text them (where we last ended our communication the week before) and asked if everything was okay for my appointment. The entire day went by and the tech never showed up. I called and texted several times that day and the next. It’s been over a month of me trying to get a hold of this company to complete the job I paid for, and still nothing!!!! I hope anyone reading this heeds my warning….

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!
