Superior Appliance may be fine when it comes to standard repairs, but...for the love of all that is holy, avoid them like the plague when it comes to warranty repairs requested through the manufacturer. They came up with a long string of the craziest excuses I've ever heard of. First they said GE sent them an install date that was several months earlier than actual, so that it looked like the device was out of warranty. This was a flat out lie. After GE re-sent the info, they next said that the appliance was manufactured in 2019, not 2021, so the warranty didn't apply. Neither of those was true, per GE. This time GE had called them directly and reported to me that they were so impossible to deal with that they gave up and found another company. Now I just got a call saying that the problem was "cosmetic" (despite the fact that the oven doesn't work at all) and....etc. Hilarious!

One of the best service i have ever had. I called them 7 am they knocked me on sharp 9 am. They fixed my washer within 34 minute. They are professional. Thanks for great service.

I can only echo what other reviewers have said: zero stars would be more a more accurate assessment. This is a scam company that electrodomestic brands (such as, in my case, Electrolux) seem to be referring warranty claims to as a way of ditching their legal obligations. "Technician" never showed up within the supposed "time window" nor did they respond to repeated attempts to contact them through texts, calls or emails. Bottom line: don't buy appliances from Electrolux and never use this company (if it exists at all) unless you enjoy spending unlimited time on phone loops...
