Freddy was polite, efficient, gave a reasonable price, and was able to diagnose and repair our fridge quickly. I'm glad I reach out to him because the previous guy I had been working delayed repair of our fridge by "forgetting" to order our new parts, was constantly on his phone while on the job, and didn't do a thorough job diagnosing our fridge. Freddy was the complete opposite and made the entire experience painless. He came prepared with all the tools needed, was able to replace a broken part the next day, took the time to answer my questions/concerns, looked at the entire fridge, and was respectful throughout. We paid $240 in total ($75 for diagnostic) which was fair. My only critique is that I would confirm the final cost (or expected cost) through text with him because we had a mix-up. Not a big deal...Freddy was very understanding, and we sorted it out, but something to be aware of. Overall, I would highly recommend his services.

My freezer suddenly stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. I gave them a ring and they showed up within 40 minutes, had everything fixed 30 minutes after that. Because the repair was simpler than they expected, they even cleaned the fans in the refrigerator. Extremely fast, professional, and very reasonably priced for a Saturday afternoon repair. Highly recommend!

Quick, professional service. Freddy came and diagnosed multiple appliances in a single visit, identified the issues and we agreed to fix only the highest-priority items. This was done expertly and he even cleaned up after himself, which is uncommon these days. Highly recommended!
