Josh answers the phone personally and immediately, regardless of how busy he is (and believe me, he is VERY busy!) Following a frightening electrical emergency, where an AC blew out its circuit and started an electrical fire, I was frantic by the time I spoke with him.
He's calm and professional on the phone, and patiently answers your questions. Josh's plan was to run several dedicated lines for ACs, fridge and bathroom, which necessitated breaking walls. His crew (Robert, Marcelo and Jorge) are outstanding: they do precisely what they promise to do; quickly and efficiently; break a minimum of walls; repair and skim-coat those walls; and clean up after themselves.
They're also 100% trustworthy; I felt completely comfortable leaving them alone for several hours to do their thing. When I got back, they had already finished and were loading up the truck. They do VERY nice work! A pleasure to deal with.

Best electricians! Josh, Roberto and the team were professional, friendly and responsive. They did a great job for my Tesla wall connector. They were able to put the wiring inside when all other electricians, including Tesla contracted electricians, said they couldn’t do it indoors. They are the best!

These guys are a real family owned business who take pride in their craft. They wired my entire house and they are the rare contractors you don't mind having in your home- truly good people and very fairly priced and reliable.

Riviera Electric went above and beyond. We had super outdated wiring in our apartment — they were able to sort out our dated setup, install six new outlets, and neatly patch the installation holes, all in a few hours.
