2nd time using Jewel Construction- had outside work done- porch repair, roofing adding a back yard patio- Did a great job as usual and is always responsive to concerns and quick to rectify any issues that come up.
Jewel is my guy for any of my contracting needs- recommended!

Please do not utilize this construction company. Jewel comes off as a nice guy but he isn't supervising the workers that work for him they don't speak English so there's no way to communicate with them. I hired them to do a deck roof, deck ovwr roof and stairs. They damage and cut up my pavers and fail to mentioned it to me until I went outside to see what they were doing, when I asked the owner Jewel what happened he states my pavers were like that which they weren't. They put tar on my pavers also from when they did the roof on deck, he also claim the workers didn't do it. When they did the the stairs to the deck they were crooked. When I questioned again the owner Jewel he got upset packed up equipment and told his men to leave the site. Than a week later he emails me stating he wasn't going to finish the job. Very unprofessional, he came back but continued to leave stairs crooked. I spent thousands of dollars and he never fixed it. He is very unprofessional he was more concerned with my relationship asking me if I'm single or married always questioning me about my love life. I was like you are here to do a job just do it.

Please do not use this company for anything. He is a liar. And now I have to spend thousands of dollars on material and labor to get someone else to fix what his workers damage and didnt do good work. You have been warn don't use this company.

I am so happy with the work Jewel provided for my husband and I. It was exactly what we were looking for. He’s an excellent contractor with very professional personnel. We’re looking forward to working with him in the future for all of our home improvement endeavors. It helps that he’s nice and engaging.

called requested an estimate/consultation set a date and time, day comes they never show. Call immediately to follow up so sorry. Let me call you back in 10 minutes, they never even bothered to call back. left a voicemail never even bother to return or call back the voicemail the next week. I highly do not recommend this company extremely unprofessional. If this is how they handle this side of their business, then it does not make me optimistic about their actual work. Good Luck!

Beautiful deck. Jewel made the process simple and I didn't feel pressured to do anything. Very considerate. The workers were very professional. Jewel went above and beyond my expectations for the most competitive price.

Jewel is an AMAZING contractor. I hired him to fill in some concrete in my garden that rodents were using as a highway to come into the yard through (we live in NYC right by a subway). He went above and beyond for me. It was only a small job, so for him it probably wasn't worth his time but he made time for me anyway and was punctual and extremely hard working. He told me it would take a whole day to complete the work, yet he finished in 3-4 hours. He also didn't charge me the full amount since it took less time than he estimated. The other thing is that my giant rose bush fell over in a big rain & wind storm a few weeks ago and it was too heavy for me to fix myself, so he fixed it for me no problem and for no extra charge. He even put up support for the rosebush so it wouldn't fall over again. 10/10 would recommend!

Our house looks stunning! Jewel Construction Company did an excellent job of building and remodeling our master bathroom and walk-in closet. Such alluring wall and floor tilings and decorative elements on the furnaces. They custom built the bathroom vanity because of the limited space and it looks gorgeous. Jewel construction built my two tier deck with a pergola overhead. Very professional, cleaned up all debris. Jewel was very accommodating paid attention to detail and had great ideas to enhance my deck, I am so so satisfied with the finished product, can’t wait to invite friends over to see my beautiful backyard deck.

Jewel Construction Company is amazing. They’re very helpful and detail-oriented. They did an amazing job with our kitchen interior, placed gorgeous countertop ls and cabinets, and installed beautiful lighting. Were very satisfied with the quality of their work, they did way more then we had ever imagined. They provided excellent service in terms of quality and productivity, we were doubtful about the work not getting done in time but we were very wrong. I guarantee their exceptional service to anyone who is willing to trust them.

Jewel Construction Company came by my house to rebuild a back porch for me. From beginning to the end the company was very professional. On time. And very fast and getting the job done. Jewel Construction recently completed a project for me on my home. My ceiling in my living had collapsed and needed to be replaced. Jewel handled the demo and installed new drywall, recessed lighting, and a crown molding as well as repainting the living room to match the existing color. I really couldn't be happier with his efficiency and timely manner in which the project was completed. His crew was very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend him as a contractor you can trust.

Jewel and his team did a phenomenal job building a new beautiful expanded deck in my backyard and installing a new roof. They showed up on time each day and stuck to the estimated timeline. They were great to work with and I appreciated how they involved me in the process when necessary and we're adaptable to a few of my design changes. Jewel Construction recently built a Trex deck around half of my pool & installed 6' vinyl fence between my house & my neighbors. They were on time every day, they were very professional, they cleaned up everything & took the garbage with them, the work was excellent & meticulous & they started & finished in the agreed upon timeframe. I had a few changes that I wanted done after signing the contract & they did it with no questions or problems. Jewel was informative & kept me up to speed with everything they were doing. My backyard looks great & we are extremely happy. I would highly recommend them for work to anyone I know & I will definitely be using them again for other projects I have planned for my house.

Our home has been under construction in one way or another since April 2021. We've employed multiple contractors for different projects and a swarm of workers. Of the lot, Jewel has been the jewel, the best of the best. He and his team were super easy to work with and they produced a deck for us that exceeded our expectations. Jewel is cool. He's also personable, and knowledgeable. We are left wishing that we had used him for all our other projects. H'll be in charge of our future projects, though, for sure.

As a new home owner, I had to remodel the whole kitchen and do the floor before moving in with my wife and our twins. I was seeking a professional and fully licensed contractor when I came across Jewel’s construction company.

I set a fair budget for all the renovations and the 2 contractors I spoke to before Jewel were both SO over priced.

Jewel came very quickly to look at the kitchen and the apartment to give me a quote. I explained that I wanted to be done as soon as possible. He gave me a fair quote that was within my budget. He was very professional and made a great impression on me, so I decided to work with him. Co-ops are known for their strict regulations. Jewel was able to fulfill all requirements necessary and abide by all their laws.

I wanted to share my good experience and recommend him to anyone needing work done in their home. Him and his team were very professional, honest, courteous, and hard-working until the very end. He understood my needs and was able to professionally advise on the smallest detail. I’m planning on working with him again this summer to remodel my bathroom.
