Prime City Contracting clearly does not know how to do their job. The work was sloppy, poorly managed, and full of mistakes. It was obvious from the start that they lacked the skill and professionalism needed to handle the project. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely Horrific Experience with Prime City Contracting

Working with Prime City Contracting was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor. From start to finish, the owner showed little to no compassion or consideration for us as clients. Communication was poor, concerns were dismissed, and there was a complete lack of accountability throughout the project.

What should have been a straightforward job turned into a stressful ordeal, and any time issues were brought up, they were either ignored or met with defensiveness. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority, and the way we were treated was unacceptable.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before hiring this company — professionalism and basic respect should be a given in any business, and unfortunately, that was sorely lacking here.

A few years they came recommended from my boss . I needed a roof as it was leaking . They came and did the roof but the next rain it leaked . They came again and again when it rained the roof was leaking and water was pouring into my house . Now they were getting annoyed and they came again but this time they sealed the skylights . Never was mentioned to pour tar all over the two skylights ( I used to be able able to open and close them .) after they poured tar closing the skylights guess what when it rained it leaked . They became nasty and didn’t want to come anymore . I at that time couldn’t find them online . Wasted over 3000 on nothing . Good talkers but full of it . Would never recommend them They don’t know don’t how to do roofing and whoever wrote good reviews good luck you were lucky .

Ssantos doesn’t make any promises he can’t keep, him and he’s crew are extremely punctual honest and most important his quality is second to none. Thank you Santos for all your hard work and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!! A++++

I interviewed a number of contractors to renovate my bathroom. We chose Urban Standard and were not disappointed. The work was completed as agreed in a timely manner. I was guided throughout the process by the job manager, who oversaw the project. At completion of the renovation an employee was assigned to dust and clean.

I can't emphasize the communication piece enough. I have worked with extremely competent contractors who are uneven when it comes to communication. Urban Standard is unparalleled when it comes to communication.
In a trade where there are many unknowns and unforeseen circumstances, communication is what keeps the project moving smoothly.
