I used Pathfinder for my one bedroom apartment renovation a couple of years ago. Recently I moved to my new three bedroom apartment I bought. Of course I I asked Pathfinder to do complete renovation again. The new place was in such bad shape. Everything had to be replaced, new floors, new bathroom, walls, and everything else in between. Guys new that I was in hurry to move in, so they didn't have a problem to put some extra hours and efforts to make it done at the shortest time. I would strongly recommend Pathfinder Construction Company to everyone out there who is looking for a honest and hard-working guys who know how to make a job done. Rommel and his crew did a total renovation of my apartment. The start of the project coincided with a family emergency and I had no time to oversee the project. I basically showed him a picture of something I liked and asked him to use his best ideas and surprise me. I love my apartment and there is nothing I would change about it. I honestly can't say enough good things about pathfinder construction LLC team. I’m happy to say that not only did Rommel and his guys build exactly what I needed, but they were also respectful, honest business man, fair, trustworthy, and reliable. He came to do a thorough walk through and was always upfront about cost and timing. He listened and cared about everything I wanted, but also he was not afraid to tell me if something needed to change or wouldn't work in my apartment. Finally!!! A contractor with work ethics!!!

The job itself also went well, and Rommel’s crew is extremely professional and hard working. The job was a complete remodel, including demolition, 3 bedroom closets, 1-loft bed, built 2 walls, changing kitchen counters, painting, lighting, the works! It took approximately 4 weeks to complete the job, they showed up early, 8 am morning and did not leave until around 5:30-6 pm and sometimes they stay late as long that it was fine with me.
His workers did a great job keeping the place as clean as they could compare to the amount of debris.
"Let’s be real it is demolition"! They covered up kitchen cabinets, furniture, etc with plastic to limit the amount of dust that moved throughout the apartment.
Bottom line: There is no doubt that I would go straight to Rommel and his staff for any other work I need to do in the future, and I highly recommend him. Amazing job!

Rommell and his team renovated my 2 bedroom apartment. From the early beginning, when we started discussing possibility of him starting the renovation, he was very professional, accommodating and provided number of realistic and budget friendly advices. He and his team were on time every day, and renovation was done by the agreed date. I would work with him again and would recommend his work.

CNS remodeled my bathroom and half bath. They are AMAZING! The team was on time and completely professional. My bathrooms are beautiful. I could not be happier. Trustworthy and reliable!

The CNS team did a great job creating closets in one of our bedrooms. The team that did the work was prompt, did good work, and kept our house clean while they were here. I highly recommend CNS.

Absolutely horrible! We are still finding issues with work that was
completed even though the whole job was never completed. On day 37 of
a 15 day build, he gave up and left me with a very expensive mess.
They are all nice enough guys, they have no idea what they are doing!
Update- They did come back and “resolve” a few complaints with sub par
work and after another company came in and completed the tile work. We
have been using the shower for a few weeks and a thin spot in the
grout gave in. Water went through the grout joint and onto the shower
pan. The shower pan that CNS construction installed did not hold a
thing causing a bigger water leak than we initially had which was the
cause of the remodel in the first place. I text Steve with the issue,
and he relayed back that CNS would not assist in the matter! Their
contract that he walked away from (breach of contract) that he was
double the estimated completion (breach of contract) and wanted twice
as much time to complete has now been breached again by not honoring
the warranty period. (Breach of contract). Buyer beware!!!

I wanted to use local company and they did the job.Great company with caring employees. I needed to replace IKEA cabinet doors, they made replacements and installed them. I also replaced shelves in deep cabinets with drawers which they made and installed. The drawers allow me to see all the items in the cabinet,they roll in and out so easily
