I needed a new wire from my oven to the fuse box. It required work from downstairs to upstairs. He did it expediently, neatly and spent the entire day. Even though it was late he cleaned up including vacuuming and put the oven back! He was pleasant with his worker and thorough!

Absolutely Fantastic! Vito was a true professional and did his best to solve my problem. We have a 100 year old home and the wiring is a birds nest. Lost power to three rooms. Vito came in did an initial assessment, told us what he thought the issues were and gave us pricing. He came back as promised and went through my home, attic to basement to completely fix my issues. Reasonably priced with no hidden charges, thorough, patient and professional. Asked for other possible advice and he did not try to get an uneccessary add on job. Honest. Have already reccommended him to local family. (He even handled my 90lb Lab who wanted to help with the job. Patient)

On 8/22/24 Vito Ingravallo from Alpine Electric came to my apt. and installed a new ceiling light fixture because my previous one blew out. Vito worked for 2 hours and was very careful and precise. He genuinely knew what he was doing. He also installed a new dimmer switch; I was very pleased with his work. He had a cordial and pleasant attitude. Would use this company and Vito again.

There was a lot of inventory available at discounted prices, and the service was really helpful and patient.

I try to get the right item one day after I had purchased the original but the lady didn't want to refund me the difference. Are you kidding me?? One item costs less than half than what I paid for the original item and she looked all mad because I asked her to refund me the difference rightfully so.

She looked for the part that i needed multiple times until it was located. The item was really back there in the stock room. I recommend this place for all of your electrical needs for a job site or just a home owner doing a small project.

I was gonna buy a whole set of materials for a new project, my first time here and i just left the place because of an old rude man., He talked to me the rudest way after he’d asked me if someone was helping me. So rude that not even let me ask about the materials that i was looking for. My opinion is: On these days business must treat customers nice and polite because almost no one is buying anything.
I went to another store nearby and i will espend at least $1,000
Please customer service if you have problems at home or stress is better to stay home
